"Let’s talk about the biggest surprise first: On the first night of my stay, when I was sleeping soundly in the middle of the night, a hotel staff suddenly broke into the room by swiping my card and I was kicked out. Later, I checked with the front desk that he had mistaken the room where he should send the things. The customer service manager and security director each apologized and compensated for US$200 in hotel consumption. In fact, they were still not satisfied, but they did not pursue the case because they did not want to make any more noise. Service points were deducted because this incident should never have happened in the first place.
Other than that, the overall experience is actually good. The hotel facilities are considered luxurious in the United States. Although the sea view balcony of the room is diagonally facing the coast, the view is still good. Most of the service staff are very welcoming and can call me by my name accurately. The performance of HSKP is relatively poor, the cleaning speed is slow and not particularly clean."
