"The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful."

"We were there in January. Of course, we didn’t expect to see all the delights of the hotel territory, but we note that the heated pool was working and waiters served. It was a shame that despite the good sunny weather there were no outdoor activities for the children, everything was done indoors. I can’t say anything bad about this part (children’s animation), but there’s not much good either (saturation is sp****, empty time is filled with watching cartoons or the console, animators often sit on the phone and, in short, everything was somehow relaxed). We went to Land of Legends, it was cool, but there are few attractions for children under 130cm tall. There are no questions about the food, everything is delicious, sometimes some products disappeared from the shelves and did not appear for a long time. The water park is under renovation, we don’t know what or how it will work in the summer. The service staff is good, everyone is kind and helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ethno Belek Antalya! Everything exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a Forest View room to a Beach View room, which made our vacation even more special. The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again."

"Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!"

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die Rezeptionistin (sie trug eine Brille), die immer sehr herzlich und lächelnd war. "The hotel is big and has good facilities. There are no queues for meals. It is 5 minutes away from the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools are sufficient. Bad aspects: The car seats used when going to the sea are wet and trap moisture. For this reason, there is a strong smell of pee-wee diapers. If you ride with normal clothes rather than a swimsuit, the clothes will be wet and smelly. Especially the towels given outside are of poor quality and stained. This is the first time in a hotel without a slide ( I saw a hotel with a wardrobe (without doors) and it seemed strange."

"The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean."
