"The room is clean and neat, water heater reduced temperature after 10 minutes of shower. Wifi was decent. Room quite small if you take the room with no window but no problem if you’re ok with it, wall is not soundproof. I can hear the room beside me talk."

"Old hotel. The amenities are ok. TV remote not working despite change of batteries. The lift card is supposed to be secured to your accomodation but one can access all levels without using the key card to gain access. So is it secured?"

"I had an exceptional stay at Four Points By Sheraton Desaru. The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs. They were always smiling and greeting us, no matter what time it is. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. The gym, sauna and swimming pool were working well. The gym has good machines. Housekeeping was awesome and catered to all my requests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet environment ensured a restful sleep. We had a breakfast buffet and it was delicious with a lot of variety. The location was not too bad —walking distance to a mall, restaurants and shops. There was a shuttle bus service to the beach and we took it. The reception staff also helped us with taxi service to JB town and were very helpful with our queries about Desaru. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality, comfort, and excellent service!"

"I will say this unit is a excellent choice. There is also a great varieties of books for us to read. The Internet is OK. The Aircon is very cold. The water dispenser is very good. The coffee powder given is splendid. There is also washer and dryer included the washing powder overall is ready. Great experience. I will come back to this particular unit if it’s possible."

"We recently stayed at Lotus and booked a double-story room, which was spacious and well-equipped, though not luxurious. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and being on the fifth floor, we had to take the lift, which honestly felt quite old and a bit scary — it could use an upgrade. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which added a positive touch to our experience. At check-in, we had to pay a deposit of 100 ringgit in cash, so it’s good to be prepared for that. There are three or four restaurants on the property with nice menu options, but breakfast was quite chaotic. The hotel didn’t seem prepared for the large crowd, with long queues at the coffee and egg station, and very few available seats. It felt like a tour group had arrived, but no one was managing the situation, making breakfast quite stressful. On a brighter note, the swimming pools are nice, and there are plenty of family-friendly activities, making it a good choice for guests with children. The on-site shop is also convenient and well-stocked. Around the pool and by the shore, there are sun loungers available — they are simple rather than luxurious, but they do the job. Overall, Lotus offers good value, especially for families, but some areas — especially crowd management and certain facilities — could use improvement."

They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I would like to compliment Hafiszan Masirom the reservation manager and also front desk manager Syafiqah. ( don’t know if I spelled it correctly ).The staff from coffee and grind , candy shop and also the kids club and all. They were just great . The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast is an ideal destination for families. The kids' club was a huge hit with our little ones, offering a range of fun activities and entertainment. The pool area has dedicated sections for children, making it safe and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, it was a stress-free and memorable vacation for the whole family. We can't wait to return for another rockin' getaway! It was a wonderful stay with hard rock hotel desaru. "Booked for superior twin. However due to fully booking, the hotel kindly upgrade my stay to couple suite with seaview and bathtub☺️ Kids love the private beach and pools. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Definitely will repeat next time."
