I always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!

Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise. Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure.

Very nice clean hotel with everything you need; air conditioning, Wi-Fi, king size quality bed, kitchenette with fridge, balcony, 2 heated swimming pools with deckchairs on the beach, spa, many activities, fitness, ideal for families.

Great location. Hotel is on the older side but it was a clean bed and cool room for the stay. 97% of the staff were very friendly and service was great. Unfortunately some have really bad attitudes directed only at particular guests. Strangely those were also not wearing name tags. With that said Jesus was one of the most helpful and friendly staff member. Not sure if it just México, but there seemed to be a form or paper needed to be completed for every step of the check in and check out process. Not very eco friendly and must need huge storage facilities for all that paperwork. Overall, a great stay and will stay there again.

Hotel with the basics, the rooms feel old, especially the air conditioning. It has a kitchenette, plates, glasses, pots, etc. The beach is good for snorkeling, it has a lot of rock, there is a lot of dangerous fauna, such as hedgehogs, we even saw a sea snake. The prices of food in the restaurant and drinks are not cheap, if you are going on an austere plan you better prepare your food. In general, good cost/benefit ratio.

Our stay has been an invitation to come back and come back, starting with customer service. A first class service from the person who receives you at the hotel and opens the door of the car where you arrive, the people who kindly attend you at the reception with a smile and an authentic sense of service, the porters who go out of their way to ask you for a taxi and help you load what you bring without being asked, and anyone who works in the hotel in the reception area is undoubtedly there to serve you with the best service disposition. Also in the pool area, and restaurants. The impeccable place, with an architectural beauty. Its spaciousness and distribution of both the hotel and the rooms welcome you. The fact of being an open place allows us to feel the weather, and the wind that blows is a very pleasant sensation. The decoration of the place is warm and tasteful, giving us a feeling of being ”at home”. The location of the place gives rise to going for a walk to the Marina, both day and night, with complete security, and all the places we went are very close, 5, 10, 15 minutes by car: Walmart, Shopping Centers , Malecon, Downtown, Restaurants, Maritime Terminal. The access to the beach is a delight, with unbeatable views of the sunset. We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being. The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat. I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences. The hotel stands out for the location and very family run hotel. Keep in mind for a 3 star hotel the rooms are small and outdated but for the price your getting a very good deal for PV compared to many places. The Taxi/Uber are available, the beach is walking distance, lots of amazing places to eat and shop, lots of night life and entertainment, and the buses are available for public transport anywhere in PV which i fou8nd to be the most convenient. Simply the location is the best ever and that is what your paying for the most in the price. The hotel staff cleans the room really well the the courtyard is pretty beautiful especially at night. The AC is so cold and well maintained that you wont be able to sleep on low setting. The staffs are very friendly and check-in and out was a breeze. Overall I am very happy with my stay here, next time ill be staying here again.

Very nice hotel the top of the hills in Conchas Chinas. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is quite clean and maintained. Great view of the sea with very comfortable beds and a nice hotel restaurant.

The location of the hotel is good, the attention of the staff was very regular, the room was clean, the television is very small and the Internet service is lousy, the signal in the room barely reaches it, it is very low and it is extremely slow.
