It’s an average hotel

Hotel is really good location, near almost everything from restaurants, cafes, pharmacy etc. it is an old hotel and needs a little TLC

You can’t beat the location which is why we have returned several times. The rooms are simple with no frills. This time we were given a room that smelled badly or mold. It made it hard to sleep and in the morning I could see a lot of mold coming through the paint in the ceiling and a lot on the walls in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they got us a much better room a few hrs lately. The staff is great, and the pool is nice and family friendly. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also great.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

Excellent service in this hotel. Friendly and professional staff. This resort is walking distance to local shops, bars, restaurants, flea markets, church, gym and other art displays along the waterfront. We thank all staff for a successful family celebration in this resort.

We had one of the most beautiful experiences of our life at the rooftop restaurant! The food and service were exceptional!

The hotel was beach front within walking distance to attractions. It was very pretty and well maintained. Our room was quaint and cleaned daily. The aircondition didn't seem to be cooling as well the last couple of nights but not uncomfortable so we didn't report it. The sheets and pillow cases were clean but had stains on them. One of the pillow cases had such a bad looking stain that we asked they replace it and they did without hesitation. We got the all-inclusive so the food was fairly good considering it was a buffet there was some things better than others. The drinks were all good and definitely did not skimp on the liquor. We enjoyed the adults only pool which we utilize a couple of days. The staff is all helpful and friendly. Well definitely stay there again if ever in Puerto Vallarta

It was great very close to many places. The people at the hotel were also very nice. I think this hotel is located in a great spot right now the beach and near the famous panchos tacos which were absolutely delicious

We had an amazing time at Playa Los Arcos! The food, drinks (especially the piña coladas), pool, and rooms were all exceptional. One of the things we loved most was the location—step out one gate and you're on the beach, step out the other and you're in the heart of Old Town. It truly offers the best of both worlds, with a little bit of authentic Mexican charm in between. Everything about our stay was relaxing, beautiful, and memorable. We loved it so much that we've already booked our return trips for December 2026 and again in April 2027! A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We can't wait to see you all again!
