"I arrived a little before check-in time, but thank you for accommodating me. There are many restaurants near the hotel, so I enjoyed a walk around town for dinner. The hair dryer in the large bath is ReFa, and hair oil and milk are also provided, so the next morning my hair was smoother and silkier than usual! The bath was crowded because it was during the holidays, but the mall hot spring was also good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, a nice view, and the staff were very friendly. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity."

"This is the worst Comfort Inn we have ever stayed in.
shortcoming
1. The quilt is the one used in cheap hotels. It has a thin sheet inside and a quilt outside. The two are separate. It is very uncomfortable to sleep on. As soon as you turn over, the two sheets will separate. You cannot sleep well all night, and it feels like a battle when you get up. Worst quilt ever.
2. The faucets are also of ancient style, with one hot and one cold tap on the left and right. The same goes for bathing. Before bathing, you have to practice to avoid getting burned.
3. The indoor slippers are actually recycled. The slippers I saw when I entered the room were so dirty and had hair on them. But they were still using them. It's really enough.
4. There is no smoking room, which is hard to find in Japan. There is no ashtray outdoors either, so what to do? Just throw your cigarettes on the ground! What kind of hotel is this?
Could you please reply to me and tell me how to improve these? I stayed in Kure last year and it was comfortable. I stayed in Nagoya in January this year and they were both very good. Why is your hotel so bad?"

"It is worthy of being the hotel where the Emperor and the Crown Prince stayed. The hotel service is first-class. There is a small church downstairs that is very photogenic. The food is great. You can take a hot spring bath♨️. There is an AEON shopping mall nearby. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from JR. Everything else is great👍🏻"

"First of all, the hotel is quite small and includes the lobby, the restaurant and the room itself. But more importantly, many things do not make sense. There is only one elevator in use (there is another one in the corner which is not in use), as a result, causing chaos in the rush hour. The public bath is so-called a natural hot springs but that is quite common in that area, it is open to the public so many local people use it. Upon the small restaurant, they also put a lot of unnecessary stuff to make the situation worse, e.g. they put an old engine (those you see in the museum), and the dinner table is just right next to it. In terms of service, the front desk people have very limited English ability but I notice that one of the female staff in the restaurant can speak fluently (she remind me to take out a cup of coffee in English). Honestly, it doesn't make sense....."

KKHT-KHTThis one is the higher-end version of the Super Hotel, but the difference is actually not that big. After thinking for a long time, it seems that this one is newer and cleaner and has two elevators while the others only have one elevator. Another thing I'm not sure about is that only this high-end toiletry shop provides facial masks while the others don't. There is almost no difference in room size, only the placement of the beds is different. Of course, the bathroom facilities in this room are relatively new.
The room was clean and tidy, but the space was too small to be acceptable for the price. Another thing is that the upper bed will not be made for you if you stay there continuously. They will only replace it with new sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases. Even if you're new here, you won't know how to lay the floor and have to do it yourself. You need to see if you can accept this.
As for breakfast, it is very good for this price. Drinks include milk, coffee, but no black tea. The only tea available in the beverage machine is oolong tea.
The breakfast in almost every super hotel is similar. The key is to eat enough. It ends at nearly nine o'clock. Those who get up late will feel rushed.

The interior is typical of a Toyoko Inn, but the building is new and clean.
The rice balls at breakfast were freshly made and very delicious.

Even if you don't need cleaning, they will change your towels and give you a bottle of water as a thank you.
I would like to stay here again if I come to Obihiro, but the non-smoking rooms are only on the 5th floor, so it's difficult to make a reservation.
