Great hotel in a great location! Very nice and available staff! Available for customers two very large private parking! We were very good and I am sure we will be back

The hotel is situated near the train station and some minutes of walk to the old town. The room is clean and good for couples. Hotel staff are also nice as well as the breakfast.

I always choose this hotel when I go to Milan. It's only 2 minutes from the highway, very convenient, and there's no traffic jam. The hotel quilt is very comfortable and clean. Parking in the city center is troublesome, expensive, and the environment is poor. The public security is also worrying. It's more convenient to go around in the city center or in the suburbs. There is a large Japanese restaurant and shopping center next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking.

Hotel is right on the main shopping district. It is 1min walk away from LV (start of the shopping street), and the Arena (mini colosseum). You have plenty of food choices here. Breakfast is served daily in the room, so you can have the comfort of eating in your PJ. Room is huge, so you have plenty of space for your luggage etc. cleanliness is good. Only small downside is, if you are a light sleeper, you might be disturbed by the noise from the shopping district which typically ends around 11pm daily. I had a good 8 days stay here!

We recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating. The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia). The hotel itself was very clean but: - The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor. - Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom! - Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside. - The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush - Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

The breakfast is good, 5 km to the old town. The room is of suitable size, clean and international brand, trustworthy!

Io soggiorno nel complesso è stato soddisfacente, il servizio alla reception ottimo. Purtroppo cambierei le coperte che vengono lasciate negli armadi (oltre ad essere poco estetiche, sembrano vecchie e c erano dei capelli) La stanza è carina e la zona è comoda per muoversi soprattutto in auto. Ottimo avere il parcheggio Bagno molto carino e spazi usati bene

Our first night in Italy, we arrived with 4 hours flight delay, but a delicious dinner in hotel’s restaurant and a good night rest, we felt all good again. Ms Nichole from reception has arranged us a morning swimming session even it’s over our checkout time, she also helped us with languages saving and ordering a taxi service. This hotel is beautiful and great value for money. We will highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel with good facilities. The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. Loved the breakfast - good quality and plenty of choice. 10/10 A little way from the centre of Verona but there is a bus service or staff happy to get a taxi for you. Took us about 20 minutes to briskly walk to the centre. I would happily stay again.

The hotel is very nice, but it is not the best because it is full and therefore complicated to dine / make it serve. The hotel is very clean and clean, and it is very good. Solary staff and available, very beautiful indoor area
