I was feeling sick and was on the verge of catching a cold, so I headed to the hotel early. Although other guests were allowed to check in early, I was made to wait because the cleaning wasn't done yet. The woman in charge, Ellie, was very rude and didn't let me into my room even at 3 o'clock. The woman who told me about the bus timetable was kind. The room was small with no view (I wish they would specify this when choosing the room). The only amenities were soap and shower caps provided, and there was not even a kettle. The heating was not turned on and it was very cold because it was on the mountain. When I went to the front desk to borrow a kettle, the woman said that it should be in the room, and if there wasn't, I could just get a cup of hot water at the restaurant, so they wouldn't lend it to me. It was so cold that I caught a cold, so I was in trouble because I wanted to boil water in the kettle and drink hot tea several times. The staff at the restaurant were all very kind, and when I said I had a sore throat, they shared some honey with me. There were many options for breakfast, and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. It was a good price, but if you expect a 4-star hotel, you will be disappointed. There are plenty of other hotels in Pienza that are cheaper and have better views.

This homestay should be highlighted, it is the highlight of this European tour! We set off from Florence at 4 pm and booked this homestay on the highway roadside before dark. Smeared to the farm, the boss left us a message in advance and called him, he was nearby. When we met, the boss said that he had been in Shenzhen for a while, and the intimacy was instantly improved. We set a two-bedroom suite with two floors up and down. All the toiletries in the room were produced from the farm. We brought 9 shower gels and body milk when we left. Breakfast will be selected the night before, delivered to the room the next morning, and then withdrawn after the meal. We don't want to cause trouble, and the breakfast for the next two days is going downstairs to the restaurant. The boss understood our demands and specially arranged for us to dig truffles the next day, followed professional hunters, hunting dogs, and carrying a shotgun. The hunter speaks Italian, and the owner of the hotel is proficient in English and French. He translates for us and accompany us to travel with us. In just two hours, he has gained a lot. This experience is believed to be longing for many people and is worth recommending! The temperature in Tuscany in February was more than ten degrees, and the sunny slopes were green. The three-day stay here has completed our 21-day holiday! Will still stay next time! 😄😄

酒店位置很好，特別適合自駕車去，有停車位，走進小鎮也就100多米。酒店房間夠大，衞生間也不錯，床品、枕頭都比較舒服，就是早餐品種較小，但通常也就住一天，問題也不大。

From the plate to the taste of the food, it is not lost to the Michelin restaurant that I have eaten these days. At dinner, guests from various countries will sit at a long table and eat and chat. The scenery was beautiful, and the house was very clean, but it’s not very convenient for those without a car. The host was truly wonderful and enthusiastic. He kindly drove us from Pienza to the accommodation, arranged for us to rent bicycles and had them delivered to the house. When we left, the buses weren’t running, so he even helped us book a taxi, ensuring we made our train on time. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Il paesaggio era meraviglioso e la casa era molto pulita, ma non è molto comoda per chi non ha un’auto. Il proprietario è stato davvero eccezionale e molto accogliente. Ci ha gentilmente accompagnati in auto da Pienza all’alloggio, si è occupato di noleggiarci le biciclette e di farcele consegnare direttamente in casa. Quando siamo ripartiti, gli autobus non circolavano, quindi ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare un taxi, assicurandosi che riuscissimo a prendere il treno in tempo. È stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica.
