My wife and I were fortunate to stay at this hotel. This was a very lucky stay. We were warmly received by the two waiters at the front desk, Xiao Su Xiao Zhao. We arranged the room very seriously. The room was large, the facilities were very good, the environment was good, and it was clean. Early morning is also very good, the hall is very big, the evening hall is very unique, especially warm! Special thanks to Xiao Zhao, Xiao Su took care of my second old man, and will come again. Goodbye two children, we will come again at Zhenxuan Hotel...!

Foreign friends: don't stay here. The worst experience I've ever had trying to check in - and I've travelled to many remote places in Yunnan over the past six years. Staff has no clue about rules and regulations, even though I showed them the most up to date rules for foreigners travelling in China. They tried to stop me from leaving the hotel because they couldn't figure out how to check me in, even though I was very hungry and tired and wanted to eat and go to bed early. They came to my room at 10pm but still couldn't figure out how to check me in. And here is the worst: at 8am the manager opened the door of my room and walked in without knocking. There was no inside lock or chain. Luckily I wasn't in the shower. Awful place that made me feel extremely unwelcome as a foreigner. They made me feel like a criminal because of their incompetence and stupid actions. Very different from most places where staff is helpful even if it's a bit more complicated.

The only three-star hotel with affordable price and good location. The facilities are a bit old, but they don't affect usability. For example, the shower seat in the photo is broken, but it can still be used by tying it with straps. The front desk service basically has no greetings or smiles when checking in and checking out. In addition, the towels and bath towels should have been washed, but they have turned yellow after being used for a long time and cannot be washed out, making them uncomfortable to look at. Generally speaking, it's a good place to stay when passing by. The service has been improved and the facilities have been repaired and replaced. It's still good. In addition, we have booked three standard rooms, two of which are on the side of the national highway, and it is still a bit noisy at night.

Great value for money, i got a standard room with double bed, private shower with hot water. All the amenities needed (electric plug near the bed, a kettle and such) the hotel description claim there is no Wifi in the room but i had wifi and it worked flawless.
