"The first time I arrived, the experience was very nice. First of all, I would like to thank the Fujian boss and the proprietress for their warm reception. From the phone contact to the three-day stay to leaving Wutai, from how to quickly enter the scenic spot, local traffic and other precautions, I repeatedly worry about it all the way, and patiently answer it. Feel the warmth of home in a hurry. The food was recommended. It was very good. The room was very clean and bright. The central air conditioner was very cool. TV 24-hour hot water around the community snacks Michelle Ice City, pasta, barbecue have a 3rd floor platform and a large parking lot. It gives people a very comfortable feeling. Breakfast is also very rich, especially the balls tofu soup. It is hot. I will choose here next time."

I came back from Wutai Mountain and found this hotel in Wutai County. The boss was very good. I saw that we took the child and gave the child an extra bottle of water. Because it was a bit late, it was almost ten o'clock. I ate a bite of Lanzhou Ramen nearby. I think the price/performance ratio is still OK in a county. The new decoration is quite clean, and more than 100 yuan is not expensive.

Because of the road construction outside and the decoration outside the building, I was almost surprised by the appearance. Fortunately, the room is the same as the picture. The newly opened, the health is good, and the 2-meter bed family of three is very spacious. The boss is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful.

The hotel is full of Buddhist elements, whether it is a painting on the wall or a sticker on the door, which reflects the characteristics of Wutaishan Wenshu Domain.
The hotel takes the route small and luxury, there are nine rooms in the hotel, but the area is not small. It has its own independent outdoor garden area and parking lot.
Service must be five stars! From the successful booking, there will be a housekeeper contact, because Wutai Mountain has been criticized for the reservation car system, and the rented car can be parked outside the gate of the scenic spot. The housekeeper (Manager Chen) drove over from the hotel to pick us up, introduced the hotel facilities and precautions for Wutai Mountain, and suggested and carefully arranged breakfast and dinner for our three-day itinerary. He recommended to us a cultural and creative shop that purchased special gifts nearby. I gave a small gift before I left.

GGuest UserVery warm family-run homestay, there are cute cats~. We walked to Dananzhuang, the homestay arranged a car to Dananzhuang to pick up, the next day can be sent to Jinge Temple, can walk one kilometer less 😂~
The facilities in the room are very new and clean, there is a bathtub, soak and relax, and the next day there are two new legs 😆

MMaxwellGeorgeWholeheartedly recommend this place. It is clean and comfortable, with really modern showers/barhrooms.
Additionally - the real highlight - Liu Kaidi couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to organize our trip with us. Amongst other things she: answered all of our questions we had about our hike around Mount Wutai, gave us a route and map, was extremely responsive on WeChat throughout our time in the area. She also allowed us to leave bags during our hike free of charge, helped us book and catch our bus to Taiyuan, arranged our bus to the East Terrace at 3.30am at the start of our hike (waking us up) and gave us a fantastic food recommendation for dinner (even walking us to the restaurant).
Our stay would not have even the same without her help and we are so grateful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to the area.

TTAN BOON LIANG BERNARDThis is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate .
During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day.
The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room.
The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains.
Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

GGuest UserHighly recommended! During a solo winter trip to Wutai Shan, this was a great place to stay. The room was very comfortable (and warm), and the location is very close to the tourist bus station (very useful for those coming from Taiyuan or Beijing by bus), as well as the main temple area in the central valley. There are also many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The price was also very affordable, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Definitely I would stay here again!

GGuest UserOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower.
The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly.
The hotel is also close to the central bus station.
The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were.
She then helped us to get our partial redunds.
And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong.
She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away.
So top marks for her customer service
The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast )

AAnnie PBPMy room was spotless—so clean and fresh, and completely non-smoking, which was a huge plus. I loved relaxing in the bathtub while taking in the view.
Breakfast was a solid win with varieties of options, both international and Chinese. My favorite part was the freshly squeezed juice —such a nice touch! The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also great, especially the spicy chicken dish. If you like bold flavors, it's a must-try.
The hotel offers four mineral hot bath pools, which looked super clean. They do come at an extra charge, but they seem worth it if you're looking to unwind. Speaking of relaxation, the spa was amazing! The lady massager was incredibly kind, helping me with my lower back pain after a long week of traveling. She even shared a tip—walking backward to ease the pain!
The only downside was that during the spring season, there’s no air conditioning. If the room gets a bit warm, you’ll need to open the window for cooler air.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place!

AAnonymous UserLocated near to Taiyuan town bus station. Can walk to the hotel from bus station, or if u tired of walking, can take the public bus from 普化寺 stop to 友谊路口 stop. (FOC, all public bus in Taiyuan Town does not need to pay bus fare). Only one bus stop to the hotel.
Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too.
Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price.
The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel.
Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park.
