"我從來是不評論的，包括希爾頓我也不評論。 我一般都是在**訂酒店，這次2025年的清明節之前，我計劃來秦皇島，看了**很多的酒店，要麼就是貴要麼就是地理位置不好，再就是不太乾淨，而且開業時間長。 經過在小紅書的搜尋，偶然在評論區看到了，靜湖酒店的一條評論“請問大家新酒店該如何宣傳才能獲客？”報着試試看的心態我搜了一下**，居然沒有門店。我私信了靜湖的小紅書，説是3月份新開業的，並且價格我看才250多。於是我順藤摸瓜摸到了靜湖酒店的微信視頻號，非常的乾淨，藝術。 到這大廳以後，非常的別緻。很乾凈，很雅。 進入房間後，也是非常乾淨。我住的是8402哈，有幾個亮點: 1、有一個大浴缸還附帶玫瑰花瓣 2、房間很大，分區很多，還有個小茶歇的地方類似於陽台 3、智能馬桶 4、投影如圖 5、床墊很舒服 6、洗衣房有烘乾機，很不錯，推薦大家洗洗衣服並且烘乾，很棒 7、洗手枱，毛巾，淋浴，吹風機使用都很棒 當然也有一點點瑕疵，可以考慮改進: 1、智能系統交互不太智能 2、睡覺時隔音不太好（好像牆外在洗澡，有水流聲，但是不影響睡覺，做不到0分貝，可能有個30分貝左右。8402是這樣，建議晚上去聽聽看）"

The hotel's location is also superb. It's very close to Laohushi Park, and there are many restaurants nearby. The surrounding environment is beautiful. Renting an electric scooter for a day to explore the area was also a great idea, making for a very relaxed and enjoyable time. This hotel is an absolutely perfect choice for off-peak travel! They even gave us a small gift just before check-out! 😁😁 Overall, it was an incredibly delightful stay."

In terms of service, Liu Wanhui at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, treats every guest sincerely, and handles check-in procedures efficiently and quickly. It is a ten-minute walk from the beach to the public bathing area. Because children can play in the naughty castle in the hotel on rainy days, the naughty castle is not big but can also be played. "Great location and great rooms including the fitness center. However, the staff were terrible. On the first day they gave us a room which had dirty tissue paper at the toilet area still there. After complaining they changed our room and while one of us were in the shower they mistanenly gave our room key to another guest who then tried to enter our room. They compensated us with free breakfast but such an error was not expected at a Marriott hotel in the first place. Very disappointing. It also felt like the staff didn't really care the whole time with a very emotionless style of talking. Unfortunate."

How can such a big hotel only need 10 yuan to cause trouble for guests? The children would go up and down for 10 yuan each time, but they always felt that spending 10 yuan was annoying. All the light switches in the room have no words. If you want to turn on the lights in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom, you have to press them one by one. Unless you memorize it. Shower head, toilet leaking. If you don’t comment on the breakfast, it’s better than not having it. In summary, it’s time to change the manager. No matter how good the surface work is, the details are not enough. It's the boss who's dealing with it, not making the guests feel at home. I can feel that I want to make the hotel better, but I have no clue. ."

We were able to check in even if we arrived early, and we were given a free room upgrade, as well as small gifts for check-in and check-out, which was very thoughtful.
