"I recently stayed at the Jiuhua Yuanhang Resort for two days, and overall, it was a pretty satisfying experience.
Firstly, the hotel boasts an excellent location. The nearby Dayuan Cultural Park is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Jiuhuashan Tourist Center is a little over a kilometer. What truly impressed me, and what I loved most about the hotel, was the incredibly beautiful lake right behind it. Absolutely stunning! 👍👍👍
Secondly, the rooms are very spacious, and the facilities are quite good. They offer both a shower and a bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after hiking. The cleanliness was also commendable.
Lastly, the front desk service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage and escorted us all the way to the elevator.
As for breakfast, it was decent with a good variety of options. However, on our second morning, we encountered a rather upsetting incident. Around 8:40 AM, while several guests (including us) were still having breakfast, a staff member surprisingly started sweeping and mopping the floor (and I must stress, they weren't just clearing tables). This was truly inappropriate. After I promptly brought it to their attention, the hotel staff repeatedly apologized. Despite the apology, I sincerely hope the hotel will enhance its staff training in the future. This incident is why I've deducted 0.5 points from the overall service rating."
