"Stayed at 28/F, luxury prestige room with very nice view. The services were fantastic.
The biggest room of the floor contained working area & sleeping area. There were five pillows i could close.
In the G/F main entry, there is 98 Bar offering NTW700 free flow of drinks. High CP value. However, there were around of mosquito.
The size of washroom is more than big enough. Apart from the shampoo & shower gel, there was nothing. I was shocked that I neded to buy teeth set & shave set."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Sanchong subway station and very close to the Airport MRT, which made everything super convenient. There’s also a beautiful big park nearby, perfect for morning walks or just relaxing in nature.
The room was impressively spacious and felt very comfortable, like a home away from home. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!"

"We checked in K hotel for three nights. The first room we checked in was terrible. Room temperature is only 50 degree, the bathroom sink is not working. One side of the room no electricity , no wi fi connection. Rooms was noisy for whole night, didn’t sleep at all for whole night! Next. Morning Talk to front desk , they offered to change a new room. The 2nd room is a lot better.
Suggest K hotel do not put this kind of room on the list. It’s misleading

"The staffs are accommodating and very friendly, the hotel room and facilities are very clean and comfortably to stay. The ambiance of the our room is amazingly nice viewing.
Also, the hotel is convenient to all places in Taiwan, near in food market places and shopping malls as well. We’re definitely going back and will choose this hotel again with our family. "I stayed at Hilton Taipei Sinban from July 2–7, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property.
Pros: The hotel’s location is convenient, especially being close to the MRT line that connects to most tourist attractions. That part, I’m happy with.
Cons:
1. Service Disappointment: I arrived at midnight and was surprised to see a paper notice at check-in saying the hotel no longer provides single-use toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) since Jan 1, 2025. I don’t recall seeing this clearly stated on Trip.com when I booked, if it was there, it wasn’t obvious.
When I asked the receptionist, his response felt robotic and impatient. No attempt to explain nicely but just repeated the statement like a machine. It didn’t feel like Hilton-level hospitality at all.
2. Breakfast Quality: Honestly, I had a better experience at DoubleTree Hilton Johor Bahru, which is supposedly a lower-tier Hilton brand. The breakfast here was underwhelming with limited variety — not what you’d expect from a premium Hilton.
Overall, this property feels more like a 3.5-star hotel wearing a 5-star badge. It’s disappointing, especially for loyal Hilton guests."

The rooms were spacious with good amenities, and we loved the complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks available at the cafe from 4PM-10PM. Despite limited English, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our positive experiences."

It was a bit disappointing because it rained, but I had a good night~
When I searched on Google Maps, the road was cut off in the middle.
No. 60 was in an alley, and it was hard to find because the green sign number was not visible, but don't worry~
The accommodation will contact you first on the day of your reservation.
They will ask you how to get to Jiufen, pick up your luggage at 7-Eleven, and kindly guide you^^
You just need to receive calls from the accommodation~
I had a hard time finding the way because I didn't see it,
but if you exchange KakaoTalk messages well, you can easily get to the accommodation^^

First, a very big thank you to all the best manners and excellent staff..from day 1 Yvonne, Louise, then Ms Yang, Cindy til Mr Masaki the last day.. they all are very friendly, helpful and very professional in their work. As we have to leave very early to the airport..without further words, Ms Yang was so meticulous enough to suggest Breakfast Bento ( attached is the nutritious 爱心bento ，thank you the kitchen staff for the preparation🙏 😍) and Mr Masaki handles our last minute request promptly in a professional way..The staff of Just Sleep Sanchong seem to know 读心术 & wil fulfill all your needs🥺😍. Second, even though the hotel is few years old but the room and all amenities are still in a very good condition. the comfortable bed, clean floor, good shower 👍 Real appreciate Mr Daniel for making up the rooms everyday and was very impressed by the sparkling clean toilet. Third, distance is not a problem at all as the Mrt station is just a few steps away.. Last but not least, the breakfast environment is good and beautiful plus the efficient breakfast staff,🙏 Looking forward to the delicious breakfast first thing in the morning😋😋For sure, I will Definitely recommend without 2nd thought this beautiful and Marvellous Just Sleep Sanchong to all friends and definitely will stay at this Just Sleep Sanchong again if come back to Taipei🥰😘😍 Thank you very much again to all beautiful people of Just Sleep Sanchong. PPBBA cute and nice bed-and-breakfast with multiple locations located in Jiufen. It is HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you CONTACT the HOTEL BEFORE ARRIVAL as the bed-and-breakfast has multiple locations and it’s hard to find them without proper direction. The streets of this town are very windy as it’s on a mountain so it’s even hard for taxi drivers to find hotel locations.
After I contacted the hotel, they were able to pick me up from a random spot that I got lost and direct me to my room. The room was very nice, very big, clean and located very close to the old street about a five minute walk up some stairs and also very close to family mart and 7-Eleven for all your needs.
Only thing is I would like if the hotel could provide more towels, hand towels, face towels would be nice. They only provided two full body towels, but other than that great place highly recommended because of its convenience in the area and the friendliness of their staff who also spoke English. 😊 they also provided a nice breakfast that was delivered to your room whenever you wanted in the morning.
They are also super great at providing a map of the town and giving you all the tips for your stay and telling you where to eat and the hours of these places.

LLauren Y.It was a nice, cosy and comfortable room at the basement. From the room, there's a balcony that we can have drinks and snacks and view the mountain scenery. Hosts were kind and friendly. Breakfast was good. As the place needs a 9mins walk up from the drop off point (big bus cannot enter the small alley), they helped us bring up the lugguages using their scooter. So cool! The walk up was nice and cooling. We stayed 2 nights. Will do so again next time :)

GGuest UserThe best part is that you can get to your room without leaving the station. You don't have to drag your luggage. They also provided bottled water and slippers. I thought it was cancelled after the law. There are five choices for dining. But the SUBWAY doesn't open until 10 o'clock. So I didn't eat at any of them. The others are all OK.

MMeimienThe hotel is abt 10 to 12 mins walk from the Banqiao mrt station. There was a message frm the hotel informing me that there was some construction going on till the end of august but i didnt hear any sound of construction with my stay there. I was able to unwind and relax on my stay. The bed is very comfy and room very clean. I love the peppermint shampoo. My stay comes with breakfast, food was ok , i dont usually eat rice in the morning but when i tried their truffle mushroom rice with white sauce , i got stuck i went back for a second serving. Over all my stay was great.

LLauren Y.Location of our villa is just at the beach. Openn the door and we are at the beach! Only has private hot spring tub in the villa. Comes with games room, arcade, public hot spring pool, table tennis etc. Only dissatisfaction is the smoke smell left in the room from previous occupants.
Wish they priorise Toiletries or at least hand soap.

GGuest UserOutstanding! Seemed to be heavily discounted when I booked, as it was the 2nd cheapest hotel in the area, but it was fantastic. Practicality first - only a few minutes from an MRT station. The facilities are amazing. I didn't try the actual spa area, but discovered the room had a bath as well as a shower, the shower had multiple shower head options and also doubled as a steam room. Perfect after a long run to have a private steam room, then a hot bath and finally a cool shower. Love it. The bed was massive, there was also a couch and a writing desk. Definitely the best hotel I've found in Taipei, especially at this price! Room was pretty quiet too, although as with many places the fridge was a bit noisy so I unplugged it. Also, there was a 24 hour self-service restaurant area, with cereals, breads and croissants. During the day, the cereals were replaced with crisps and at night (maybe after 10pm) there was a choice of instant noodles and a fancy cooker. Also all day there was free tea/fresh ground coffee/water/hot chocolate and also sodas on tap, along with packaged sweets and nibbles. The area was very nice and I spent a while relaxing here with a hot chocolate on the way back every day. Definitely would stay here again.

MMJ98Cleanliness - 4/5. The room was clean. What I saw from a few other reviews about this hotel that rated it low for cleanliness was in regards to complaints about the maintenance of the room. Yes, there were some areas of the room that required attention, like re-grouting the bathroom or fixing some wall paper and paint on the walls. However, these things do not make the room dirty. There were no dirty marks and there was no dust in the room. The eating could be 5/5 if those aesthetic issues were fixed but I believe the complaints of other guests about the room to be unwarranted.
Location - The location is excellent, only a short walk to the old street and the view from the property speaks for itself.
Service - The owner was very friendly and explained everything to us clearly. He provided us with a tour of the museum and he was very knowledgeable. He helped us with everything we needed, such as providinh us with an additional towel.
Amenities - There is a water fountain for both hot and cold water for use by all guests. In the room there are some tea bags and cups too. The hotel also provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste.
