"The sanitation of the Pullman Hotel is pretty good. I saw the aunt in the lobby carefully cleaned the stones by the pool. Fruits were delivered every night. Haha, when I was writing the review just now, the hotel called me and said that a small bell was missing from my room and asked if I wanted it back? "Despite being in a town, the hotel's location is excellent. It's conveniently situated right off the highway and also very close to Shishi. The hotel's facilities are superb; the attention to detail is evident with different stone materials beautifully laid out in every corner. The powerful dryer in the laundry room was a huge plus. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the front desk staff were incredibly flexible and accommodating. We even received complimentary welcome fruit. Highly recommended!"

Seeing that we brought children, they upgraded us to a large room for free. The room was clean and tidy without any odor, and the bedding was comfortable and clean; warm reminders can be seen everywhere. There are no chargeable items that confuse the vision. It is cost-effective and I will continue to choose your hotel for future travel.

"Advantages: New hotel, new equipment, very friendly service staff, and independent underground parking lot. Disadvantages: 1. The water pressure and temperature are not enough. 2. The room instructions were unclear and I had to go around in circles before I found the room. 3. There is no air conditioning, only heating, and no ventilation. The room is super stuffy. The only way to ventilate is to open the window. This is the only hotel I have seen that can open windows and has no protective measures outside the windows. The space that can be opened by the window is enough for a thin adult to enter and exit. If there are children, there is a great safety hazard. 4. There are very few breakfast items and they are not labeled. You have no idea what they are unless you open the box. I hope the hotel will pay close attention to the above issues."

The bedding is specially customized and feels silky to the touch, making it very comfortable to sleep on.
The online customer service lady and the uncles and aunties in the store are very nice. I will choose this place to stay near Quanzhou Station in the future~

The location of the homestay is very convenient, close to the high-speed rail station, no matter whether it is departure or arrival, there is no need to worry about traffic problems. The homestay itself is a place full of surprises, from the layout of the room to the decoration of the public area, full of artistic atmosphere and life. Sleeping in a comfortable bed every night, waking up in the morning to greet you is the warm sunshine and fresh air, which is really lingering.

GGuest UserVery new and sparkling clean just less than 10 minutes walk (through back lane) from the train station. Owner very kindly came to pick up my elderly mum from the station with her electric scooter. They are nice and friendly, willing to recommend places to eat and things to do in the area. We were served tea and fruits upon arrival. Rooms were very spacious, WiFi works well. Keyless entry to rooms, only need a pin number. The only issue is the mattresses were too firm/hard for our liking. They also offer transport services for a fee to other attractions. There is a lift so no need to lug luggage up the stairs. Location wise, it's in a cute village with a pretty temple nearby.

GGuest UserSince the original room had some minor flaws, the beautiful front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsible and helped to change the second room (when the order was full). I am very grateful. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and we slept peacefully. It made our Spring Festival holiday comfortable and warm. The breakfast needs to be improved. The staple food is relatively simple, only cut steamed buns and porridge.

You have a grocery downstairs. You have a night market at 5 min walk and a day market at 1 min walk with plates for 8 yuan. I recommand to sleep their.

GGuest UserOn the first day of check-in, I felt that the room was great value for money. However, the professionalism of the front desk needs to be improved. Because I hold a visa on arrival (a one-time Taiwan Compatriots Certificate), they said that my informal Taiwan Compatriots Certificate could not be registered and asked me to go to the public security agency to issue a certificate. If I don’t have the certificate, I will have to check out tomorrow. They also told me that if the public security agency comes to check all the new guests, etc.
The next morning I immediately went to Quanjin Wharf to ask the customs, and the customs said that the visa on arrival they issued could be checked online with a number.
So apart from this unpleasant incident, I really suggest that the service staff, especially the front desk staff, can be familiar with the relevant regulations so that they can better serve the guests.
Later, I successfully stayed in this hotel for three days. Overall, I still give it a positive feeling.
