The sanitation of the Pullman Hotel is pretty good. I saw the aunt in the lobby carefully cleaned the stones by the pool. Fruits were delivered every night. The breakfast was also quite rich, but the coffee was a bit bad. Haha, when I was writing the review just now, the hotel called me and said that a small bell was missing from my room and asked if I wanted it back? This is enough to prove that their service and cleanliness are still very good. Thumbs up

We booked a twin room and called the hotel in advance to say that we were traveling with a family of three and needed to put the beds together. When we checked in, the hotel had already put the beds together! To be honest, the bed at Nan'an Hotel was very comfortable! It had great support for the waist and the pillows were very comfortable! Before booking, I saw some comments saying that there was an entertainment venue downstairs and it was very noisy, so I was a little worried, but when we checked in on the 15th floor, it was very quiet at night! I had a good rest!

Great stay experience! The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and warm, and the bedding is as comfortable as at home. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and they also sent breakfast, which was rich in variety and tasted great. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offers lots of delicious local delicacies. Staff was helpful too. Thanks to Tina at the front desk who helped me during my stay. Very well worth the price. Will definitely come back again when I'm in Shuitou.

The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are smelly. Ignore these. The rooms are spacious and equipped with smart devices throughout the house. However, the TV cannot cast the screen. The breakfast is okay and the milk is too watery. Overall, I am quite satisfied. After all, if you stay in Licheng District on the weekend, you will need it. It’s hundreds of dollars more, but it’s not as good as this hotel. In addition, there will be a follow-up phone call after the stay, which I don’t like very much.

Service: The attitude of the male front desk on the night of the 29th was extremely bad - I redeemed the ”room upgrade” but was not given an upgrade. When I went to communicate with Ctrip customer service, they also lied about ”upgrading to a superior king bed room”. The configuration photos of the two room types are different (already in advance) I took a photo of the room and gave it to Ctrip customer service); I redeemed it for ”breakfast” and said it was not available. I asked Ctrip to confirm it. I showed them the order and said I didn't know.
With the same 4 stars in Shuitou, Mingchao and Wuzhou would not have such a service attitude!

This is my second time staying here on a business trip. The room is clean and tidy. There are many more desserts for breakfast than before. There are many snacks around. The parking lot is free and very convenient. If I have the chance to come here on a business trip, I will choose this hotel first.

GGuest UserWill you all stay here with me? ! ! The landlady is really nice. I booked two double-bed rooms, and the landlady upgraded me to a twin room for free. She was really enthusiastic! ! ! At almost 12 o'clock in the evening, I went downstairs to look for water. There happened to be a little brother who was still awake and asked us what happened. Then he gave me two bottles of water. I really cried to death. When we were leaving the next day, the landlady took us to the station on an electric scooter. There were six of us, and she made three or four trips. Who knows about the family? It was really great! ! ! Later, when the landlady was cleaning up the room, she discovered that we had left a power bank behind, so she called me and asked her to send her the address so that she could send it to us. She even bothered her to make an extra trip, which was really embarrassing. Finally, I would like to say that the environment of this B&B is really good. It has no smell and is very clean. It made me experience the feeling of living in a big villa. The price is also very suitable. I usually don’t like to comment on my accommodation, but this one is really worth it. ! ! Chinese people don’t lie to Chinese people! !

There are simple internet celebrity check-in walls at the elevator entrance and corridor, which is very nice.
The most heart-warming thing is that transportation is included. We, a group of eleven people, called several B&Bs, but we couldn’t pick them up. Only his family was willing to come. For this reason, I will only choose his house from now on.

GGuest UserVery new and sparkling clean just less than 10 minutes walk (through back lane) from the train station. Owner very kindly came to pick up my elderly mum from the station with her electric scooter. They are nice and friendly, willing to recommend places to eat and things to do in the area. We were served tea and fruits upon arrival. Rooms were very spacious, WiFi works well. Keyless entry to rooms, only need a pin number. The only issue is the mattresses were too firm/hard for our liking. They also offer transport services for a fee to other attractions. There is a lift so no need to lug luggage up the stairs. Location wise, it's in a cute village with a pretty temple nearby.

GGuest UserSince the original room had some minor flaws, the beautiful front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsible and helped to change the second room (when the order was full). I am very grateful. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and we slept peacefully. It made our Spring Festival holiday comfortable and warm. The breakfast needs to be improved. The staple food is relatively simple, only cut steamed buns and porridge.

People at the counter could speak enough English to help with a couple of questions, even tried to help us when the taxi driver cheated us with the cost of the journey.
And location - it is really just a couple of steps from the station!

I would gladly recommend this place for several days.
