The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the White Tower, about ten minutes walk to the train station, and several major attractions can also be reached. The room facilities are quite new, and the quality is online, and there are some careful small designs in the bathroom. The mattress and pillows use a slow-return latex cushion, which greatly improves comfort. The toilet light is inductive, but it seems to be a bit lagged, and it feels not as good as traditional. Third, the wall wallpaper is cracked and the decoration is too old.
Fourth, the position of the bedside lamp is a bit dazzling.
Fifth, the hot water supply system in the shower room is too slow. The water needs to be discharged for a long time in advance before the water temperature can rise.
Sixth, there are no disposable slippers in the room, and the bathrobe is old and threadbare.
Overall, the experience is average. The key point is that the service quality is particularly high and the service attitude is particularly good, which can completely make up for all the above problems. GGuest UserIt was an amazing stay! We stayed in a family room for three people, and the overall experience was comfortable, elegant, and luxurious—definitely worth the money. The sub-room is separated by a partition and soundproofed, and it even has a bay window with a tea table and cushions, creating a truly stylish atmosphere. The main room's king-size bed is spacious enough for three people. The bedding is high-quality, with a very soft cotton feel. There are two pillows, and the latex one is incredibly comfortable and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas and is very well-equipped, with high-quality amenities. There are many smart features, such as the toilet, lighting, and curtains. There's a free porridge stall in the evening, but I didn't try it because I was on a diet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the environment was clean and elegant, meeting my needs for a diverse, Eastern-Western breakfast. The front desk service was particularly impressive. When I called to inquire, they provided information about the hotel and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, they helped with my luggage and assisted with any special needs I might have for refrigerated items. They were proactive and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. The room was warm and clean. All usual amenities were there and the hotel has guest laundry.
Many varied restaurants can be found within a one block radius.

The room amenities are also quite old, with nicks on the chairs and unsightly marks on the carpet. While the sanitation department seems to be doing its best, the situation has been complicated by the pandemic, and the situation hasn't fully recovered. There aren't enough staff. The large courtyard is pitch black at night, and even if you want to take a walk, you can't go too far from the lobby lights. The water temperature is just right, without the need for cooling. The showerhead isn't very satisfying. The breakfast selection is decent, but the taste is mediocre, especially the coffee, which is terrible. The toaster is one of the oldest models and burns easily. The room isn't very soundproof, and guests opening and closing their doors in the middle of the night are very noisy. I don't understand why such a valuable natural resource is being wasted like this. It's a shame.
