Jiashan Hilton is awesome! Convenient location, adjacent to the business district but quiet. The lobby is elegant and the Via service is efficient and welcoming. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable and makes people fall asleep in seconds, and the bathroom is super intimate. The breakfast is super rich and the Chinese and Western styles are very authentic. In the evening, blowing on the terrace, overlooking the night view is super comfortable, I will definitely stay again next time!

I booked this place for my kids. The room is very nice. The original Super Wings is awesome! It's full of elements. There are also Super Wings books in the room. The elevator is full of Super Wings. This place is worth it. Candies were given in the room, and afternoon tea was ordered. The kids were super happy.

Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

The hotel is located at the corner of the community and should be considered newly renovated. The room is quite big. It's convenient for eating and shopping downstairs. Didi can go to the hotel entrance. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I don’t know what happened. The sign on the road was not big enough, and there were quite a few hotels nearby, so local friends drove to the wrong place and ran to the Wanlian Hotel building, only to see the sign diagonally across the road. Hygiene is good. The price/performance ratio is pretty decent.
