Jianyang Hotels with Wifi

"This hotel is just walking distance from the airport, I have a 7 hours of transit time so I just want to take a shower and refresh myself. The room is spacious. Toilet is separate from the shower, there's a door to the shower, but it is just an ordinary glass door, may not have any privacy if you're travelling with a friend. Bed is comfy, bath robe is comfy, but room was too warm. There's no cooling function of the Aircon during winter, I am not sure if it is winter or spring as I travelled in mid April. Basic amenities like tooth brush and even comb are provided. Breakfast is mostly spicy, but tolerable. This is the first day of my travel and I do not wish to upset my stomach so I ate only cereal and milk. It is surprising that not many hotels in China provides milk for breakfast so this is a plus. Receptionist was friendly. Overall, a great hotel for travellers who are having a transit at the airport."

"Chose Holiday Inn because it was one of few hotels in Changdu to offer Non-Smoking Rooms. And the guaranteed 1600 check out time since our flight ETD was 1825. Alas the experience is less than stellar. First was the weird request to reserve the free airport pick up at least 2hrs in advance! Luckily, I asked our guide to do the reservation and he told us to meet the shuttle at T1 4F door 21 around 1825. The shuttle did arrive at 1828. The check in lady spoke good English, honoured our 1600 late checkout, advised and booked us to depart the hotel on their 1500 shuttle upon hearing our international flight was 1825. Room is pretty standard for 4 star Chinese hotels - with a dizzying array of switches and the usual modern looking shower with impractical features - no place to put your towels within easy reach while showering. It is not the worst though. Hotel is in a cluster of hotels around a 'food street' that was pretty sad state with little food and dining traffic. We opted to eat at the food stalls set up just across the road from the hotel. Hotel breakfast did have some western food but NO butter in the toast bread section! Due to it's distant location, we opted not to take a 2h public transport to Chengdu central but went to the central of the Jianyang satellite town that the hotel was in. Took 30min and 2 CNY pax. The other difficulty was trying to get back to hotel. The hotel doesn't show up in Amap or Didi app! Luckily, Amap does have the next door Ji Hotel which worked to guide us back."

"The stay at the hotel was great. The breakfast is varied, but the food is not rich. Instead of meat, there is meat broth or filling with a small amount of meat. Apparently, there are problems with food in China. I flew from hot Bangkok, the temperature in the room was shocking, 16 degrees. Because of the stone floors and walls, the room warmed up for 12 hours to 25 degrees. The room itself is gorgeous."

"This is the largest hotel I have ever stayed in. It has a Chinese restaurant, hot pot, noodle shop, cultural and creative store, and supermarket. The environment is quiet. I came here with my kids to participate in the competition. There were many students from other schools coming in buses, but I didn't feel crowded. The accommodation is divided into many areas, and several houses in each area form a yard, so it is not noisy at all. The breakfast is very rich, and the gym is also very large. In addition to fitness equipment, there are also table tennis tables and billiard tables. I will stay here if I catch the early bus in the future."

"It was pretty hard to find the spot since there is a roadwork around, but we were lucky to find a helpful guide to show us around. The hotel itself is super new and clean, like everything is freshly installed and neat. Free airport transfers, good parking spaces right behind the building. 30 minutes from the airport. If the breakfast is included, but you leave too early, it will be prepared for you in a paper bag: buns, eggs, milk. Really thoughtful and a nice touch, I loved it."

"I stayed here for a layover overnight, but access to things made it a challenge. The complex is still too new. There’s a few hotels there. I also feel it was poorly lit. Taxi access was a challenge. I fell in the dark area outside. The gift shop was nice down the street. Food delivery required going down the street by the shuttle, so bringing bags was not easy. I tried three times for a Didi. The landscape is nice, but I have no idea why that airport area is not better developed or why it is so dark around there."

"Xinyixing Hotel near Chengdu Tianfu International Airport is a nice little hotel with a homey atmosphere and warm hospitality. The hotel is not new, but the room is cozy and clean. Though quite accessible from the airport, the pickup service is really a plus, which is quite organized with a note to guests to go to Gate 22 at the fourth floor. The only information lacking is that Gate 22 is in Terminal 2! And there is a drop-off service as well. Now, I have a to-go-to hotel whenever I am stopping over in Chengdu."

"We have booked a room in this hotel many times. Perfect for staying and hanging around with family. It is a huge property with impressive buildings and gardens. It also provides excellent venue for frequent travelers as it is located near the airport and hourly pick & drop service is available. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. All amenities are available within the complex including restaurants, cafes, gym, bar and swimming pool etc."

"Hanting Hotel Chengdu Tianfu Airport has a pick-up and drop-off service. Ms. Shen at the front desk is polite and thoughtful. She also prepares a rich breakfast for the guests when they drop off the airport early in the morning. It is really heart-warming. I will come to Tianfu Airport next time.
