Hygiene: Really bad. When I lifted the quilt, I found a human hair. I threw it away without taking a photo because it was disgusting. There was white scale on the bottom of the kettle so I didn't dare to use it. I was too tired to ask the front desk to change it. The shampoo bottle used for showering had a distinct rag smell.
