The furnishings are very comfortable and the appliances are practically all new. In the master bedroom has a/c, there's a brand new king-size bed which is plush and 50inch smart tv.The 2nd bedroom has a queen size, which is also plush.The 3rd bedroom is specified for children and adults alike with a triple bunk and trundle. The kids can enjoy the 42-inch smart tv, which has all the apps such as Netflix. The house is wired to the nbn, and we have set up g Assist for your entertainment.The lounge room has the most comfortable lounge that fully reclines, there is board games and cards, or if you prefer, you can chrome-cast or watch Netflix and much more.If you are a boating enthusiast, there is plenty of off-street parking with the local boat ramp 2 KS away.Guest accessThere is a BBQ on the back verandah with an outdoor setting to sit back.
