Happy Central Apartment

The location was good but not user friendly for family stay. As mentionned kitchen, bathroom and toilet are seperate. But since the key needs to be collected in a hotel nearby, we changed to hotel and paid tje difference which is a nice gesture by the staff.

THIS PLACE IS ACTUALLY DISGUSTING we had bed bugs in our room and the owner Alex laughed in our face making a joke saying "Oh you are not scared of a couple bugs are you hahaha" and his smile quickly faded when we glared at him. The owners also tried to blame the bed bugs on my roommates and I which was completely inappropriate. The smell of the apartment was a mixture of cigarettes and Chinese food, as you are quite literally living on top of a Chinese restaurant. The other tenants in the apartment kept stealing our designated bathroom when they have their own, and kept dirtying ours. This place was absolutely revolting and excruciatingly disgusting and would not wish living here for even a weekend upon anyone. Another odd part of this airbnb is that when Alex was showing us to our room he was practically sprinting to the building (because you check in at a hotel across the street, very sketchy) and told us to "keep up". We were LITERALLY running to get to our apartment? So weird. He did not even show us where the shared bathroom was and we had to find it ourselves after trial and error of using another tenants disgusting bathroom by accident. My roommates and I are studying abroad and are not picky people and on a budget, but even this was not worth it and completely repulsive. Do NOT stay here.

Stay away from this property! There is only one bathroom for the whole building, single unit shower, single toilet. I have never seen something like this, ever. Knowing how the Swiss are with the rules, I don't even understand how they are allowed to operate, I bet there are a dozen health violations going on there. When we arrived we wanted to take a shower, the kitchen had a door that was going in to the bathroom. Some asian people were cooking something that smelled awful with the bathroom door open, that had a totally different bad smell. We left and now we have a claim with booking. I hope this review will help some people take an informed decision. Have a nice vacation!
