Overall it's good, the location is good, the service is good, especially the breakfast, which can be enjoyed for free. The room floor was sticky & dirty. The location is little bit far from train station. They have a kitchen and breakfast is ok.

Everything is great at this stay except one incident that happened during our stay. At around 11:30 pm one night, a male customer had key access to our private room (females only). The receptionist gave him the wrong key to my room. We were not very happy about that. Luckily, nothing bad happened. I take safety seriously while traveling aboard and what happened was disappointed!

Close to the center, clean, beautiful together with the reservation they offer you benefits such as free travel tickets with any means within Interlaken, daily parking for only 5 chf (very important because parking is a huge problem in Switzerland). We were greeted by Verena who was super detailed and helpful with everything. There is 24/7 providers of equipped kitchen, coffee tea machine etc. which surprisingly made the best cappuccino we drank in Switzerland for only 2 chf, ample spaces to eat, chat and relax. The beds are soft, clean with very warm fluffy duvets. A small negative is that we stayed in a mixed dorm and the floor creaked terribly, so anyone who got up to get ready made a lot of noise. Be prepared by taking earplugs and a head torch to see if you start early and you're going to be Bouncing across the room. Amazing accommodation, cheap (for Switzerland) but lacking nothing compared to a warm hotel. I am writing this comment without having seen the breakfast which he says is European and simple. Even if they are carpets, it doesn't change anything about whether I would choose it again.
