The hotel is ideally located, about 8-10 minutes' walk from Interlaken East Train Station, and not difficult to find. When you go in, it looks shabby on the surface, but the hotel rooms are clean and the front desk service is friendly. We stayed in a family room, which had an open chest and was a good size. There is a Chinese hotpot restaurant downstairs in the hotel, and you can often smell the spicy aroma. Although I stayed in other more upscale hotels in Switzerland, this hotel room was the best night's sleep for the entire trip to Switzerland. It also had a rich breakfast and was a very cost-effective hotel.

It's a bit of a walk from the main stations of Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West, but it's in the center so it's a good location for traveling in many directions. I was happy that there was a water tank on the first floor.

Great stay in interlaken. The staff are nice and the room is clean. There are also snacks on each floor which is nice.

Family run hotel in the centre of Interlaken. Room was okay, but bathroom small. Reasonable choice for breakfast.

It was cozy and I liked that they also provided luggage storage. It was a bit dark, but maybe that's why it was romantic. I liked that they provided a microwave to heat up rice and coffee on the first floor.
