It's quite a walk, but there is a bus from Interlaken station, line 105, 2 stops to the front of the hotel. You should have a Swiss pass to take the train, bus, and boat conveniently. There is little breakfast, but we bought it from outside. The accommodation has a microwave in the common area. There is an elevator, but it only goes to the 2nd and 3rd floors. You have to walk up the stairs, but they are not very steep. You can leave your luggage and go sightseeing.

As other reviews have said, the building is old, but it was clear that it had been well-kept and the room was clean, so I was very satisfied!
The bathroom and bathroom were also clean!
I wasn't very good at English, but the staff were polite and were able to understand my requests and respond to them, which was great!
The room temperature was always kept at an ideal level, and there were blankets so I was able to sleep comfortably.
Breakfast was buffet style and delicious!
I stayed here for 2 nights while sightseeing near Interlaken, and it was great!
I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is a bit old but very clean and cozy. There may not be many choices for breakfast but is definitely good enough for me. The staff at reception is extremely friendly and helpful. They even provide sauna but unfortunately I did not have the time to try.

Apparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. However, the staff was still very nice, and manage to provide some solutions for me and my friends.
