Highly recommended. Very new hotel with great service. The only drawback is that we stayed for 4 nights but the sheets were not changed and the water was not provided. But overall, I am satisfied. The location is also excellent and there is parking. The breakfast is also very good.

Apart from the good location and the train station on the left side of the hotel, everything else is pretty average, the rooms are small and the price is expensive.

The hotel's photos showed a lake view from the terrace, but in reality, all I could see was the building itself. I thought it might be a problem with the room location, but the photos used for all room types showed the same lake view, which made me feel like it was malicious. This is misrepresentation, and I am considering reporting it to the Consumer Affairs Agency. On the other hand, the hotel is located next to the station platform, so access is convenient. However, there are many Indian-run restaurants around the station, so it's hard to believe it's in Switzerland, so don't get your hopes up too high. The breakfast was delicious.

Convenient transportation, clean and sanitary

The room was quite cramped; there was no room to put our three suitcases. There was only a small bar table with a coffee machine and water glasses, leaving no room for our belongings. Service: We arrived around 1:00 PM and were told we couldn't check in early. We waited until 3:00 PM to check in, only to be told the previous guest had checked out late. We then waited an hour and a half before we were finally allowed to check in. When we returned from dinner that evening, we told the front desk that we were short of a blanket for the four of us. They said they didn't have one, so we agreed to have one for the next day. The next day, we went out for a day and returned to the front desk to get a blanket (the same Asian-looking guy) but was told they didn't have one. It was like we had wasted our time the night before. Their service was completely ineffective. For two consecutive nights, my daughter and I used a thin, small blanket, lying sideways, and our lower bodies were freezing. Even in Switzerland, with temperatures in the high teens, we woke up cold. On the third morning, we couldn't stand it anymore and went to the front desk. The woman, surprised, said she'd immediately arrange for a blanket to be delivered to the room. I would also like to advise friends who want to check out early in the morning to do so. I had breakfast at 6:30 and agreed to check out at 7 o'clock the day before. I asked him to complete the formalities first, but when my train arrived at the station, he still hadn't confirmed it. In the end, I asked him to deduct the money directly from my VISA card, and I got on the train in a panic at the last few seconds.
