The location is good, but the guesthouse room is old. There is no kettle / refrigerator while the fan is nearly broken.

Hotel is situated in a great location with less than 10 mins walk to the train station and the staff was really friendly as well.

The room facilities are too simple, not as good as the Home Inn in China. No slippers, no air conditioning, no kettle and cups... Anyway, there is nothing. There is only an old and broken fan, which is very loud and can't sleep at all. The geographical environment is good, but there are many hotels nearby, I don't know about other hotels.
