Living on the top floor is very quiet and the view outside the window is super beautiful
Austria is surrounded by the Alps, and the scenery is visible from the window

Hotel nella media letto e cuscino scomodissimo ,la stanza un forno nonostante il caldo non eccessivo .zero spazi sia interni che esterni per rilassarsi . Note positive .la vicina fermata del tram ,personale reception molto gentile e buona colazione .

Albergo confortevole e pulito, strategico per la vicinanza alla fermata del tram ed il parcheggio gratuito. In stanza non c'era aria condizionata ma un ventilatore silenziosissimo (abbiamo dormito molto bene!), comodo anche il divano letto e bagno molto spazioso. Personale sorridente e gentile e ricca colazione. Lo consiglio!

Buon hotel in periferia ,ma centro città facilmente raggiungibile con tram n.3 (capolinea a mt 200 dall'hotel) Parcheggio gratuito.Personale disponibile con un addetto alla reception che parla italiano. Dalle h. 22 in reception non c'è nessuno!.Buona colazione.

We loved the couple of nights we spent here. It is an easy place to get to and then easy to get into Innsbruck on the tram. Apart from the church bells from next door, it's quiet and peaceful. Lovely walks in the area. We had to go into town for dinner as veggie choices were very limited within walking distance but we enjoyed a drink in the sunshine on the tables outside. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Really friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel molto accogliente. Camera e bagno molto grandi, puliti e moderni. Colazione molto abbondante e personale gentile. Comodi il parcheggio gratuito e la fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere il centro in 10 minuti. Ottima soluzione per visitare Innsbruck.

A nice hotel in a residential neighborhood of Innsbruck. The rooms were very large and clean. The breakfast was very good with a substantial variety of breakfast foods. I wish I could have given this Hotel a much higher score however the rude behavior and lack of customer service of a gentleman at the reception disappointed my entire stay. I had a slight injury to my ankle, and I stopped at the reception desk to see if I could obtain some ice for my ice pack. I was quickly told in a very rude manner “no ice available“. I found this hard to believe as there is a full kitchen in the hotel. I had to walk to a nearby restaurant to obtain some ice. It is a shame that such rude behavior exists in a nice hotel.
