這酒店在老城裡麪，麥當勞旁邊。地點當然方便但收這樣價錢絕對沒有必要住在老城。城外酒店多的是+性價比高。房間偏小，雖然有個小露天地方二平米，沒有用，太泠也不會坐在外面. 最惱人就是接待處在6樓，登記好再下樓進房間。上上落落，電梯又慢。下次不會再來住。

Staying in Altstadt at the Weisses Kreuz hotel was wonderful. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast each day is delightful. The room is well-appointed. The area is quiet and quaint with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. Just an excellent place to spend some time and to have as an home base when enjoying Innsbruck. I will stay at the Weisses Kreuz during my next visit.

Perfekt gelegenes Altstadthotel, sehr stilvoll renoviert, schöne Aussichten auf Stadt und Berge, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Innsbruck. Das Gepäck muss man ein Stück tragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr coole und moderne Unterkunft und super zentral gelegen. Es ist nicht unbedingt ein klassisches Hotel. Wir hatten ein 'besseres' Zimmer gebucht, was sehr groß war. Auch das Badezimmer war groß. Leider hatten wir einen Duschvorhang, der anscheinend nicht immer Chance hat zu trocknen und dementsprechend etwas roch. Auch Trockenmöglichkeiten für Handtücher waren für mehr als ein Handtuch recht schwer. Das Sofa, was im Zimmer stand, sowie der Teppich hatten leichte, unschöne Flecken. Sauber war aber trotzdem alles. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer auch sehr Dunkel, auch das Licht, insgesamt eher dunkler gehalten.
Alles in allem, eine gute Unterkunft, Preis aber vielleicht ein Ticken zu teuer.
