"I was truly impressed by the hotel itself. The views were absolutely amazing and breathtaking. I particularly loved my room; it was very spacious with a fantastic balcony overlooking the scenery. The cleanliness of the room and the completeness of the amenities were also greatly appreciated. I also enjoyed the peacefulness of the swimming pool. It was a delight to feel like we had it all to ourselves. However, I do have a couple of points of feedback. Firstly, the prices of the food felt quite expensive, especially given the hotel's location within the forest. Secondly, while the seclusion of the location did offer peace and quiet, I did find it a little unnerving to return to the hotel late in the evening. The road was very dark, and there were no other people passing by, which felt slightly unsafe. Despite these points, I genuinely loved my time at your hotel and would have loved to have stayed longer. I believe that with a little consideration of the food pricing and perhaps some improvements regarding evening safety and lighting, the experience could be even more perfect. Thank you again for the wonderful stay."

"Wir haben insgesamt 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Anreise ist ein bisschen holprig, weil es nur eine Schotterstraße bis zum Hotel gibt. Die Anlage an sich ist aber wunderschön. Es gibt einen großen Pool, ein tolles Fitnessstudio und einen schönen Strand, der jeden Tag sauber gemacht wird. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und der direkte Poolzugang von der Terrasse aus war ein echtes Highlight. Frühstück kann man sich jeden Morgen aus 4 Optionen aussuchen und es schmeckt sehr gut. Wir waren auch oft abends im Restaurant essen, weil es so lecker war. Zu anderen Restaurants muss man zudem auch ein ganzes Stück fahren, weil das Resort ein wenig abgelegen ist. Einen Tag haben wir uns über fad Hotel einen Roller gemietet, was super unkompliziert war. Ein echtes Highlight sind die Mitarbeiter, die durch die Bank weg alle sehr nett sind. Auch der Eigentümer ist den ganzen Tag auf der Anlage und hat uns sogar ein paar Tips im Fitnessstudio gegeben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen."

"I recommend staying in this hotel when you come to Siquijor. The scenery is very good and it is very photogenic. We stayed there for three consecutive days. Of course, you have to endure some inconveniences in this hotel. It is very far from the lively streets and you can't walk there. It is not convenient to call a taxi. There are no restaurants around. The hotel's own restaurant is OK, but there are fewer choices for dinner and the price is a bit expensive. If you want something more lively, you can choose Coco. If you like quiet, you can choose this one. It feels good to watch the sunset in the swimming pool."

"This resort is far away from the main area and there’s nothing really around the resort. In itself that is something I’d prefer, but the lack of access to things outside is something they seem to take advantage of. Beautiful location with problems occurring whenever you need help from staff members. Never in my life have I been at a hotel which tried to charge me for water, the thing we need to survive as humans. We asked the hotel if they could order us a tuktuk fto get to dinner as I wanted to drink so I didn’t want to take our scooter. They said no problem. 2.5 hours later we are assured for the 5th time, “just another 15 minutes”. By the time we are it was 10 pm but the hotel offered no apology, the manager of the hotel just told us that this is Philippine culture, which we needed to understand. How patronising. We weren’t told on check in you need to actually ask for your room to be cleaned and when I did ask my towels were taken away and no replacements were given. It seems there is a lack of any communication between the staff. On the positives the sunset is amazing and the food there is good too. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The whole place is totally let down by bad management and a reluctance to give anything for free. Even the basics. A promising place, but they fall down badly on the basics and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend it"
