"The hotel room exceeded our expectations. We upgraded to a sea view room, which gave us a direct view of the people enjoying the hot springs. The soundproofing was adequate, though perhaps it wasn't summer, as we could still hear people shouting in the hallway. The hotel offers a variety of room types; several of us had rooms with park views, rooms with courtyard hot spring pools, and rooms with a starry sky view. The hotel has a large restaurant with private rooms, and you can purchase set meals online. The only inconvenience I felt was the lack of a small supermarket. While there is a supermarket in the hot springs building, it doesn't have a particularly large selection of seafood and snacks. We only played on the beach and the slide area and didn't explore other areas. It's still a great place for a family vacation."

"We stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel feels new and modern, with a delightful fragrance throughout—especially in the hallways. Our favorite aspects were the spacious room and the stunning bathtub overlooking the ocean. The kids absolutely loved it! The hotel's beachfront location is a major plus. Even though we visited in winter, we were lucky enough to experience snowfall on the beach, which felt surreal and added a magical touch to our stay. The indoor swimming pool on the top floor is decent, offering great views, while breakfast was plentiful and varied. We particularly enjoyed the pastries section. The Chinese restaurant next to the swimming pool is highly recommended—perfect for when you don’t feel like going out, and the food was delicious. The in-room dining service was also excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the summer to try their outdoor swimming pool, which was closed during winter."

"The room was very clean and had two bedrooms and one living room. We brought two elderly people with us. The space was large and the elderly people lived very comfortably. The housekeeper was attentive and thoughtful. He sent us the address one day in advance and helped us turn on the air conditioner in advance. We didn't know how to use the TV, so the maintenance came to adjust it immediately. The elderly threw away their toothbrushes and they came to replenish them immediately. The location is good. There is a second canteen downstairs. It is also relatively close to the beach, more than 10 minutes away. We rented an electric car to take the elderly out to play, which is very convenient. I just didn't have time to take a video."

The facilities are quite complete, which may be different from other five-star hotels in Aranya or Sanya. Environment: The location isn't directly on the beach, requiring a bus to the sea. However, it's very close to the Eighth Canteen and the amusement park. Opening the curtains in your room opens onto the amusement park. Those without children might find the music and noise from the amusement park annoying. It's very convenient for those with children, as the amusement park is just downstairs. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, but their skills were different from those of typical hotel staff. They were friendly and helpful, but directions to the parking lot, bus stop, and breakfast restaurant were a bit unclear. Perhaps the hotel should provide maps or provide guidance. Cars are not allowed in the park, while other hotels use their own shuttle buses. Breakfast was at the ”Drunk” restaurant, and the rice noodles were excellent."
