From the first enquiry to the time we left, we were taken care of by exceptional service. The serene setting, comfortable rooms and outstanding food and service levels is something we will remember for a long time. Staff were attentive but discrete, which allowed us to enjoy the amazing experience. The weekend ran smoothly with everyone thoroughly enjoying themselves and bring treated to an unbelievably exceptional time. Thank you to all involved for making our daughter's wedding so special.

Insingizi Spa was something I did not expect. To be very honest, it is a hidden gem in Mid illovo. I was amazed at the huge area with treatment rooms everywhere outside and the scenery from the rooms are spectacular. I love that you can eat there as well because they have a great lounge area as well as a dining area. The showers and change rooms are super cool! You have your own locker. The amenities that are provided are endless. From deodorant to ear buds and many more. Robes and slippers are used before your treatment. The treatment I had was, to be honest.... Really unique because I had two therapists working on me. I have been to many spas and also been I the spa industry myself. I never write reviews on trip advisor but this time I needed to. I love you Insingizi Thank you for everything

The stay and service at Insingizi lodge was one of a kind. Definitely a piece of paradise to be experienced. Thank to Nadia and Lushka for the great service and hospitality and also to the ladies that have been helping us Thobile,Sli,Mandy and Pindy. The food was amazing one of a kind and a big thank you to Constance and Lushka.

Absolutely amazing experience. Lodge and spa staff very professional but also friendly and accommodating. Spa treatments were exceptional, the rooms are beautifully decorated and everything was very comfortable. The food could rival any good restaurant. There is nothing I could fault. Was a magical one night stay and I will be back. Nicky

What an aweaome place, with awesome staff. Me and hubby were the only couple on the Lodge, and were we spoiled, by the staff! I felt like a queen, people with goals set on keeping us happy. They carried us on their hands. The Lodge itself is so peacefull with amazing views, and the spa treatment 12 out of 10. Diffnetly a yearly do for us....

Very pleasant weekend enjoyed by my wife and self. Relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful spa. Would recommend the venue for anyone visiting Mid Iilovo
