yes the beds where comfortable the rooms where nice the lady's at the front desk were very respectful an nice overall I'd give the facility a 8out of 10 score rating

I would not recommend this place. We were traveling and needed a place for the night. They had some availability so we booked a room. I should have known better when I walked down the hallway and it looked like there was at least ten layers of thick paint on the walls. The flooring in the room was cheap vinyl plank and sticky to the touch. I was afraid to walk on it without shoes. The a/ c unit was not working properly and water was dripping on the floor around it. Enter the bathroom. Everyone looked really old and heavily painted over. Lots of extra caulking around the tub. The old porcelain tub was stained and patched up with white paint. Paint spatters all over the countertops. Bedding appeared clean. Was not run by Americans. Just over all not a good experience.

Advertised pool (not) suppose to be 4.9 (not) hallways, dining area tables dirty and no one cleaning. Room was dirty. The room was dimly lit. Stool seat loose enough you needed a seatbelt to stay on. I don't care about about a lot of things but it does need to clean. Pulled back top cover and there was a 10 inch black hair. People were nice. Under staffed.

Close to Kauffman
I love staying at this hotel. The beds being so comfortable is my main reason. It’s close to Kauffman Stadium which is a bonus and although it’s not fancy by any means, it’s a nice, clean-ish place to stay and very affordable.

Our television in our room didn’t work. We told the front desk and nothing was done to resolve it. Glad we only stayed one night.

Horrible experience....
Horrible experience. Room was not available when we got there. Property looked like it should be condemned. Room was very old, comforters were dirty, bathroom was gross, shower leaked all night, no remote for the tv, handle on bathroom door was broken. Would never stay here again.

It was ok
Staff was friendly. Room didn’t feel very clean and the toilet was broken. Very noisy, you could hear everything going on outside the room and the rooms next door.
