Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It does not live up to Marriott standards. Read all the reviews before booking. The rooms are in need of a serious deep clean. Couch cushions had crusty white stains and instead of cleaning, just flipped them. No extra towels or blankets ever seemed to be available, nor was the staff. No bell to alert anyone if you’re waiting at front desk…you just wait..and wait. Your socks will inevitably turn black on the bottoms. This has nothing to do with the construction but rather overall lack of cleanliness in the hotel.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast

Not very good customer service This wasn't a very good stay for us. The stand up shower had a weird drain that was a long flat silver metal cover. When I took a shower, it must have been stopped up because it flooded the bathroom and some of the carpet in the bedroom as well as got the room underneath us wet. When we alerted the manager about it, they gave us some extra towels to wipe it up. The housekeeper happened to be right outside our door working on a room across from us, and I put the wet towels in her used towel basket and told her what happened. Her reply was "that's too bad." It would have been nice for her to say something like "I'm sorry to hear that, have you told the manager yet? Can I get you some more towels? I'll let the manager know that your bathroom needs to be mopped and cleaned" or something like that would have been better customer service in my opinion. My husband had to get a butter knife and figure out how to pry it open and then clean out all the hair in the drain. Also the sink drain was very slow to drain. I had to wait a while in between brushing my teeth and washing my face for the water to drain out slowly. When we tried to use the dishwasher, there were no labels on any of the buttons. The cover/strip that had all of the info on that had been taken off and nobody had replaced it or even wrote what each button was so it could be used. I got a manager to take me to an unoccupied room so I could take a photo of it to know how to use it. Tried to add photo but it won't let me.
