Great location with a lot restaurants open late nights. Free shuttle will cost more than taxi. Toilet is broken! I booked second room so have to use second room. Two rooms booked at same price, one is two big and one is too small. No idea but just for sleep anyway! Very difficult to find reception to check in as it is share by two hotels. Many Crews stayed at the hotel so check out take time.

My hotel room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. This is the Standard Queen Room type. Easy booking in Trip.com app. Very convenient location next to Unseo train station. I really like the Free hotel shuttle bus to pick up from airport and also drop off at airport. The ground floor has a CU mini Mart and a small cafe. There is a Oven Maru chicken restaurant that makes really delicious and juicy roasted chicken. 😋😋😋

This was a one night stay between flights. The hotel staff were very helpful. The WiFi was good. Bed and shower were good. I didn’t use the restaurant. My only complaint was the lack of international electrical outlets. As a hotel at an international airport, there should be in room USB and international AC plugs. Loaner adapters were available at the desk but fit too loosely for consistent usage. The shuttle bus picks up at the airport hourly at 10 minutes after the hour outside door 14 across the first street and to the far right end.

We had an 18 hour layover between connecting flights and this hotel provided and excellent place to relax and sleep in the ultra modern and clean rooms and reception areas. It took 30 minutes to reach the hotel from Terminal 1. We too the free shuttle bus from T1 to T2 and then from T2 the bus to long stay parking and got off at parking area C. The hotel cannot be missed and is just a 2 minute walk from there. Very straightforward and free! Check in was quick and easy and complimentary welcome drinks provided in line with my Accor membership. Jack and Richard were very helpful and polite. Our room was for 3 adults and was very spacious with amenities provided for 3 including bath robes, bottled water, slippers, etc. Lots of storage space and seating area too. Lovely twin-basin shower room and good toiletries provided. TV, tea/coffee, fridge, safe, zoned lighting and climate control all provided. Very comfortable beds and we had a good sleep. We didn’t eat at the hotel but did use the bar for drinks, which was a nice area to relax. The shop is useful and well stocked for essentials. Timetable for shuttle busses provided by the hotel is displayed at reception for returning to T1 or T2. Driver comes in to reception and asks which terminal you need and directs you to correct bus waiting outside reception. At 0900 we were the only ones going to T1 so had the bus to ourselves. A perfect hotel and experience for a one-night stay and we would certainly use again.

This is quite an underrated hotel, given the excellent service provision throughout my stay. It is located within walking distance from Bupyeong Station. The front desk staff were very courteous and could communicate effectively in English Language. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom came with a bathtub inside - rewarded myself with a little bath with a bath bomb on my last night! The breakfast was decent but delicious enough, consisting of a simple buffet spread with typical Korean dishes together with a choice of fruits, tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen staff will bow and express their appreciation to guests after each breakfast service - a little greeting which heartened my morning. There are also conference and meeting rooms available for rent (for B2B guests, each sold separately). Each room is equipped with a television and wi-fi connectivity, although the internet speed and bandwidth can vary despite the 5G wi-fi network. The room was also spacious enough for 1 to 2 occupants, with a view of the subway. Rest assured that the windows are soundproof, so ongoing overnight maintenance works on the tracks would not disrupt your slumber. Love the comfortable pyjamas that guests can self-collect at the Storey 1 lobby (if necessary), together with the in-room slippers. Amenities (e.g. shampoo, hair conditioner and bath foam etc.) are also provided. Not only will I strongly recommend this hotel to you, but I would also wish to have the opportunity to rent their properties again during my next trip to Korea or Japan. It was quiet and I had a nice clean room. The location is right in front of the rail station. If you have any questions you can contact them by email and they get back to you . Also you get free airport shuttle only to airport. I would go back again for one night . It’s a good choice for 15 hours like next morning return to airport.

We recently stayed at the Royal Emporium Incheon Airport, and while the location was a bit further from our intended destinations than we would have preferred, the quality of the rooms more than made up for it. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice they were. The overall comfort and modern amenities provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Only complaint I would say is that there was this employee lady who wouldn't let me use the microwave at all downstairs in the E-mart. She fought me for it, but management told her off. Watch out for that crazy lady! Despite the minor inconvenience of the location, we found our experience at the Royal Emporium Incheon Airport to be very positive. The excellent accommodations and attention to detail made our stay memorable, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
