Incheon Jung-gu 5-star Hotels

I booked this hotel for JJ Lin's concert. It was quite convenient that the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both the airport and the train station. However, the hotel allocates different reception areas for check-in based on room type. Finding the correct lobby and my designated counter felt like an incredibly long trek with my luggage. Clearer signage would have been greatly appreciated. While the front desk staff were friendly during check-in, the process itself was very slow. Moreover, there was no bell service to help with luggage to the room, which felt a bit inconsistent with the price point. The hotel's WiFi was seamless to connect to, requiring no additional password, which was quite convenient. The room was spacious and the facilities were new, which is commendable. However, for some reason, the toiletries didn't even include a shower cap... Providing four complimentary bottles of water in the room each night was a definite plus. Oh, and a heads-up: most restaurants close by 10 PM. So, if you haven't had dinner, remember to rush out right after the concert!

Facilities: Absolutely delighted. My 10-year-old daughter slept like a log, mentioning the bed was incredibly comfortable and she had a fantastic night's rest. Cleanliness: Spotless. My second stay here was just as comfortable. Service: (This section provides helpful tips for arrival) The hotel shuttle bus waits at Incheon Airport T2, 1st Floor, Gate 4A. (I'd previously seen another traveler incorrectly mention 2A, which was completely misleading! Luckily, I managed to connect to the airport Wi-Fi and found a recent review confirming 4A on the 1st floor of T2, and found the stop without any trouble.) The shuttle departs every hour at :10 and :40!

We loved our stay at Paradise City! It was my husband's birthday and the hotel prepared a teddy bear and chocolates to surprise him in our room! There are plenty of food to choose from from the food court and we love sipping on wine while listening to a band basking in the 'court yard' of the hotel. You must definitely try all the different Tiramisu & Macaron at & AND COFFEE! We tried most of their tiramisu there but our favorite is the Pistachio and Mont Blanc Tiramisu and Yellow Cheese Macaron!

I needed a place close to the airport with complimentary bus transfer to make it easy. Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Paying extra to access the swimming pool and no breakfast included were probably the downside for me. However it was a great place to relax and rejuvenate before my long flight home.

My first time staying at Art Paradiso, the experience was delightful. All the staff were courteous, prompt, warm and helpful. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you for such great service, something I have not experienced for a long time (usually professional but not attentive, out of the way helpful like the staff at Art Paradiso). Thank you for a wonderful time. I would highly recommend for solo travellers, couples, friends etc.

The exterior looks old, so I was worried, but the interior is clean. The price is too cheap and the check-out at 2pm is so good. I am willing to visit again.

Room was very spacious and clean. Had to leave to the airport very early in the morning and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Worth noting that the hotel is about 40 min from Incheon airport, but nonetheless is in a great area with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and parks.

The hotel before the landing was temporarily notified that it was oversold. I couldn't check in. I needed to rebook the hotel. I almost went crazy... Fortunately, Trip.com Your customer service is still reliable! Special thanks to the customer service for helping to coordinate the room temporarily, especially thanks to the housekeeper Yuan Yuan for calling to confirm the status. The itinerary is tight and I can't thank you in time. I hope you can see this comment ～ The big brother and aunt at the front desk of the hotel are very nice and kind. Special thanks to their help. The hotel is very close to the Inhe Stadium. The transportation is very convenient. It is especially suitable for star-chasing women. It is also very safe to live alone. The room hygiene and facilities are very good. Please book bravely!
