Recent Stay at Golden Tulip Hotel, Incheon (August 21-22, 2025) We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Incheon from August 21-22, 2025, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Check-in Process: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted me warmly, making me feel welcome immediately. Only one can speak English. Then they charged me for another person who will stay in their hotel. Because we are 3 people. I just place 2 person. T’was an honest mistake but they are by the book, so i pay even though we will just sleep there. Coz we came there after our arrival in Seoul @ 1:30am Room Quality: My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the modern design, and inside our hotel apartment has washing machine and a huge refrigerator. Facilities: The hotel features excellent facilities, including a buffer breakfast. My boys enjoyed breakfast there, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Location: The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. It’s perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, my experience at the Golden Tulip Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Incheon! I look forward to returning in the future.

I booked this hotel for JJ Lin's concert. It was quite convenient that the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both the airport and the train station. However, the hotel allocates different reception areas for check-in based on room type. Finding the correct lobby and my designated counter felt like an incredibly long trek with my luggage. Clearer signage would have been greatly appreciated. While the front desk staff were friendly during check-in, the process itself was very slow. Moreover, there was no bell service to help with luggage to the room, which felt a bit inconsistent with the price point. The hotel's WiFi was seamless to connect to, requiring no additional password, which was quite convenient. The room was spacious and the facilities were new, which is commendable. However, for some reason, the toiletries didn't even include a shower cap... Providing four complimentary bottles of water in the room each night was a definite plus. Oh, and a heads-up: most restaurants close by 10 PM. So, if you haven't had dinner, remember to rush out right after the concert!

The hotel is quite spacious and great! However, if you're heading to the airport from here with large luggage, taking the bus isn't an option. Bus drivers might refuse to take you, so you'll definitely need to grab an Uber. Make sure to download the app first! On the plus side, the hotel is very close to the airport.

I stayed here because I had an early flight and wanted a hotel close to the airport. Check-in was contactless, so I didn’t have to interact with anyone at the front desk, which was great since I was tired. There’s also a convenience store nearby, so I didn’t find anything inconvenient during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a concert. They used to offer free shuttle buses on Saturdays and Sundays, but it's not a daily service anymore. The location is quite out of the way. The hotel is very large, divided into East and West wings, and it gets quite busy. Every night, there’s a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk whose Chinese is quite good. There's a small supermarket in the basement. It's difficult to get breakfast here as options are very limited – mostly instant noodles. We barely had a proper meal during our stay 🥹. It's very close to the beach, and the area is quite lively at night. What was truly upsetting was that after attending Cha Eun-woo's concert, we had collected many, many signed stars. We left them neatly on the room table, next to the coffee table, planning to pack them later. These were absolutely not trash. The next day, we returned to find them gone. We were heartbroken. We were promised a reply by noon the following day, but never received one. As we were leaving the room, we coincidentally ran into the cleaning staff, and it turned out she was the one who threw them away. She kept insisting, repeatedly, that 'everything was on the floor, everything was on the floor'. How could that be? We had them neatly spread out on the table before we left. Later, she even conceded that some, in fact, most, were on the table. Oh well, what's done is done 😑. They did apologize, but the items are gone, which is truly heartbreaking. The hotel didn't provide 'Do Not Disturb' signs or electronic indicators. We actually didn't want housekeeping to clean our room at all, especially since our suitcases were open... This was a real source of frustration.

I've always had good experiences staying here before, so it was my first choice when traveling with my child this time. However, the service this time was terrible! Two days prior, I contacted Trip.com's staff to inquire about amenities for a 2-year-old. I was told that due to limited availability, only a step stool for the sink could be provided, and that I should follow up with the hotel directly upon check-in. So, during check-in, I reiterated my request for a bed rail, an air purifier, and other child amenities. However, I never received a response, even by the time of check-out. What's even more outrageous is that the promised step stool for the sink was never delivered either. I simply cannot understand how a hotel that markets itself as family-friendly could fail to provide such basic services as a bed rail. The sterilizer, bed rail, and air purifier shown in the pictures were apparently provided to other rooms. Trip.com needs to communicate better with the hotel and ensure there's no differential treatment. If these services can be readily obtained when booking through other platforms, why is it not the case with Trip.com?

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Soleview Hotel! The view of the ocean from my room was simply breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The room was modern, very clean, and cozy, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, perfect for watching the sunset. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and local attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Before booking, I was quite apprehensive, as I wasn't familiar with the neighborhood and it was my first time in Korea. My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive until midnight. Fortunately, I had kept in touch with the hotel's front desk. Even at that late hour, someone was there to help me with self-check-in, and the staff even spoke Chinese. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room. It was fully stocked with all the essentials: disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hairdryer, saving me the hassle of buying them. The air conditioning was cool, the bed was clean, the soundproofing was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. It even featured an outdoor balcony. Honestly, its only drawback is its distance from the city center (about an hour and a half to Myeongdong).

Pros: Stunning sea views right outside the window, and the double-glazed windows offer peace of mind. A commercial street is within easy walking distance. There are plenty of dining options nearby (some even famous from TV shows). In the evenings, you can enjoy live singing by the sea and even buy and set off fireworks. Two convenience stores downstairs are very handy, and there's a small park from which you can stroll down to the beach. Spending the afternoon exploring the park and heading to the beach (though the sand isn't particularly impressive) followed by an evening stroll along the seaside after dinner truly gives you the feeling of staying in a charming little seaside town. Cons: The shower lacks a proper door, so water easily splashes out into the rest of the bathroom. The place isn't particularly new; the sofa had visible stains. Our family room only had space to open two suitcases; we had to take the third one out to the balcony. Getting to the subway station isn't very convenient; it's best to take an Uber, which costs a little over 100,000 (local currency units) for a ride to the subway station, making it quite pricey. Recommendation: I would recommend this place if you're specifically visiting this area for an overnight stay. However, if you plan to use the subway to explore other areas and then return here, it's not ideal.

After making a hotel reservation, I asked if they had an ocean view room, and they said they would try their best, which I thought was very kind. When I actually visited, they were very kind and gave me a room upgrade, so I was very grateful!! It was so nice to relax while looking at the view. If you would like to check in early, you can pay a 10,000 won deposit and leave a review to get it back! Everyone was very kind, and I think it was a really pleasant staycation! If you are in Yeongjongdo, come to Western Grace Hotel! 👍👍👍
