Grace Suite Hotel and Western Grace Hotel are in the same building and share the same reception and help desk. There was a big party next door from 11PM and it didn't stop until I confronted them at 230AM since I couldn't get anyone at the hotel to help. Front desk would not help because they said they were Western Grace employees. The help call number in the hotel room would not work. I was given 3 different numbers, including the number here on Trip, for Grace Suite Hotel, which led to Western Grace Hotel. No one at Western Grace would not help. I finally reached Grace Suite Hotel but no one would answer. Also, the carpet was soaking wet when we checked in, but they said no rooms were left. One of the employees offered a half-hearted one word apology when I checked out the next day. I highly suggest everyone avoid this hotel.

Extrem extrem loud. Music outside stops at 6am. Not even with earplugs it will be a acceptable night.

Very good value for money-
I think the view is the best among the nearby hotels🙆♀️
I used a jacuzzi, but I cleaned it with water once and used it😌
(If I informed you before entering the room, would you have cleaned it in advance...?)
It was a small room, but it was a strange structure. I think I'll book here again the next time I go to Yeongjong-do.
