We reached 2am in the morning with my kid so tired but they say the room is full??? We are going to check out around 8am for the flight, but they still want to transfer us to the other hotel which is called hotel Rich which was so bad. It’s like a home stay.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in Korea. It is so different than what is posted. I am somewhat disappointed in Trip.com. I've no idea how this hotel was able to even put its name on the list. Everytime I go to bathroom, I can smell smoking odors permiating from the vent. They're even using ductape to secure electric lines, bath towels are too small, the room was away so small than described, heaters weren't working. The room clean service wasn't provided. When I asked for the service, the lady at the counter said she wasn't even sure why the hotel didn't offer. Check the photos.

The room facilities are worthy of the price. There is free coffee and free instant noodles downstairs. The most important thing is the service. I asked the boss to help me call a taxi. Although his English is not very good, he is very eager to help. He took the initiative to call his son who knows Chinese to help me translate (his son's Chinese is very standard). In addition, there is a Forest Outing Brunch near the hotel which is superb. The taxi from the hotel to Incheon Airport is about RMB 160.
