일본에거주해서 한국을 자주 못나오는데 30년이넘게 늘 곁을 지켜주던 친구에게 고마운 마음에 호텔을 예약하게 됐어요
깨끗하고 넓은 객실과 65층에서 코스요리도 먹고 와인도 한잔하고 만족스러운 하루였습니다
가족들과 한국올때 여기서 머물예정이에요~~

객실이 넓어서 좋고 룸에서 간단히 요리해 먹어서 좋았어요. 롯데마트가 지하로 연결 되어있어 더운 여름, 추운 겨울, 비등 날씨에 상관없이 애용했어요.

방안에 충전기가 안돼서 프론트에 문의하였더니 대여도 안되고 설비기사분을 보내주셨는데 협탁을 들어내어보니 충전기 선이 짧아서 아예 사용을 못하는 상태였음. 설비기사분도 놀라심. 오크우드 생긴지가 언젠데 여태까지 몰랐다고 하심. 그런데도 불구하고 프론트에서 충전기 대여도 안해주었고 엘리베이터도 중간에 멈춰서 고장이나서 15분정도 이동에 지체가 생겼었음.

친구들과 호캉스 하려고 예약했습니다 갈 때마다 느끼지만 직원분들이 굉장히 친절하세요! 특히 이번에 체크인 담당 직원이셨던 유나님이 제가 남겼던 요청사항 하나하나 확인해주시고 뷰나 조용한 객실 등 신경써서 배정해주시는 점에서 너무 감동이었습니다 감사했습니다ㅎㅎㅎ!
호텔 리셉션이 36층이고 그 위로 호텔이 위치하기 때문에 객실에 가기 위해 엘리베이터를 2번 타야 하지만 알고 예약했고 직원분들께서 숙박객을 보면 바로바로 엘리베이터를 잡아주셔서 사람이 많이 몰리는 시간을 제외하면 큰 불편함 없이 이용했습니다! 시설도 주변에 가본 몇 곳 중에 가장 깔끔합니다

서비스도 좋았고.. 룸도 넓고 편안했어요~
모든 시설에 만족합니다.. 객실 침대쪽에 에어컨으로 누수가 있어 확인요청을 했는데 40분이 걸려서 시설기사님 방문후 객실을 교체했네요
한단계 업그레이드로 뷰도 모두 만족스러웠는데... 체크아웃시 기존룸으로 등록된 차량번호가 변경이 되지않았는지 주차비 결제로 조금
당황스럽고 다시 프론터에 전화후 조치가 되는 번거러움이 생겨.. 마무리에서 살짝 아쉬움이 남네요
이런경우는 호텔측에서 정리를 해줘야 되는거 같네요
