방은 좁고 이불은 깨끗하나 낡아 헤어졌고 더블룸에 테이블이 없고 바닥이 깨끗치 않음. 전체적으로 시설이 낡앟음.
조망은 좋고 가성비는보통임.

카펫트가 깔린 객실을 선호하지 않아서 이 부분은
점수를 높게 줄 수 없었고
주차는 지하 주차장 공간이 넉넉하지 않은 것으로
보여집니다 야외 남는 공간에 하는 것이 좀 더 편하겠어요
다른 부분은 전체적으로 무난합니다.

분양형 호텔이라는 것이 있다는 건 처음 알았네요. 카운터를 3곳 정도의 다른 체크인 담당자들이 있고, 예약 회사 이름 말하고 해당 담장자에게 체크인해야되더라고요, 저희 같은 경우는 처음이라는데, 트립닷컴이 외국 사이트라서 뭔가 오류 있는 것 같다며, 제가 하지 않은 변경 요청이 이틀 전 쯤 되어있고, 변경 요청 후 확정이 안됐다해서 서로 당황하다가 빈방 하나 받았어요. 조식 뷔페(투숙객 1만4천원) 가성비 괜찮았고 바다뷰도 좋아, 청결만 했으면 만족스러웠을 텐데, 침대 시트랑 베갯잇에는 작은 머리카락들이 묻어있어 털고 잤어요. 중국 단체관광객 몰려 혼잡한 저녁 시간이었고, 체크인도 어럅게 성사되서 시트 교체나 찢어진 큰 수건 교체 등은 의뢰하지 않고 참고 잤어요. 욕실 청소는 대체적으로 되어 있었으나, 세면대에 마지막 누군가 양치한 듯한 작은 이물질 있어 닦아냈고, 샤워기 호스 중간 부분 자바라 사이사이 새카만 곰팡이들이 안닦여 있는 상태라 퇴실할 아침이 빨리 오길 바라게 되더라고요. 그 방만 그랬던 건지, 다른 방도 그런건지... 아마 분양형이라하니, 다른 관리자 분양 룸들은 다를지도 모르겠네요. 트립닷컴은 제가 묵은 1307호를 비롯해 획보하신 룸들에 대한 청결 상태 관리를 잘 하셔야 겠어요.
