予約したのに、フロントの若手社員は予約見つかりませんの一点張り。その間はあらゆる予約エビデンスを提示したり、予約番号を見せたりして、挙句に名前を見間違えたと、呆れ果てました。チェックインだけで30分以上もかかりました。本当に嫌な気分で、とても不快でした。
今治駅からとても遠いので、駅へのシャトルバスはあるかを質問したら、完全予約制ならあります、と言われ、再度確認したら、それは空港までのシャトルバスでした。それなのに、予約されますか？と聞いてくる。
このホテルは全く社員教育はしないのか？礼儀作法もなければ、傲慢で、まともな会話すら出来ない。最悪でした。

I stayed in the annex without meals. There was an extra charge for the large public bath. The bath in the room was spacious and clean, but it didn't hold any hot water (the plug was loose), which was disappointing.

This is the highest-rise hotel in Imabari City. I was impressed by the excellent room condition. Just across the street is a street lined with izakayas, so be sure to visit.
