Checking in at reception was so easy, the moment we arrived we were welcomed by every single member of staff that we seen, exceptional customer service to the highest standards. We were in the suite room and we were not disappointed the suite is amazing so spacious and clean, we had afternoon coffee and cakes in the restaurant and again the service was 5 star from the restaurant staff. I work in the hotel industry in the UK at a 5 star hotel, I would thoroughly recommend the Richmonde Hotel it’s such a great location too.

The best ang breakfast buffet nila so far. Nice din ang view sa room namin. Complete set of toiletries, slippers and a laundry bag. They also have complimentary bottled water and coffee in our room with an electric kettle. Malaki din ang lobby nila which is also nice. May gym and pool din sila. The total experience is excellent. Hotel was unassuming yet served its purpose. A/C was properly working, shower pressure was strong, TV also functional. I was able to boil some herbal tea in the provided electric kettle which I planned to store for further use. However, refrigerator wasn’t working. Walls were also thin and noise can be heard from the hallways. Apart from that, being a budget hotel, it was reasonable for a short stay.

It was a great experience. One stop shop hotel and services. Along the highway with a great destination around the city.

This accommodation was very comfortable and reasonably priced. The location was okay with a handy grocery store across the road and many large food outlets. There is no room service and no breakfast at this hotel I still had a wonderful experience here at GT hotel.
