The stay was over my expectation, we just left the comment before checkin that we were on our honeymoon trip, hotel has upgraded my room to the ocean view building and compliments us with champagne. Staff are really nice and breakfast was good!

I don't like to give all 5 stars in my rating, but in the case of this hotel I can't help but give it. I've been going here for several years and the hotel is getting better and better. Thanks to all the staff and special thanks to Linda! Everything works well. This year it's even better than last year. The restaurant has changed a lot for the better. Special thanks to the chef!

We stayed here in July as a couple. The location of the hotel is great. The lunch restaurant was very good as well. However hotel is outdated. Our initial room was placed right above the restaurant, live music and DJ (which they have every night until 23:30), after we requested a new room the hotel reception arranged it same day. Guests are reserving the sunbeds from 07:00 in the morning, we managed to get sunbeds in the late afternoon once other guests left. Breakfast starts at 08:00 which is rather late.. guests were waiting at the doors, running in to grab the ”best table” 😅

I’ve been to ROC twice and I really recommend it. The location in Illetas is perfect, the hotel is fresh with great views, nice gym and 10/10 breakfast. The only thing that we didn’t likt was that it was hard to get a sunbed, so we used the cliffs sometimes instead. Recommend the hotel!

I had a bad experience with Roc Illetas during my 4-night stay. I was charged for two rooms, but I was only given access to one during my entire stay. I was never informed about the second reservation nor was I given the corresponding key. I contacted both the hotel and Agoda to resolve the issue, but neither took responsibility or offered a refund. This situation ruined a very special trip for me. I do not recommend this hotel or the associated booking service due to the lack of attention and responsibility. Tuve una mala experiencia con Roc Illetas durante mi estancia de 4 noches. Me cobraron dos habitaciones, pero solo me dieron acceso a una durante toda mi estancia. Nunca me informaron sobre la segunda reserva ni me entregaron la llave correspondiente. Contacté tanto al hotel como a Agoda para solucionar el problema, pero ninguno asumió la responsabilidad ni ofreció un reembolso. Esta situación arruinó un viaje muy especial para mí. No recomiendo este hotel ni el servicio de reservas asociado debido a la falta de atención y responsabilidad
