Absolutely wonderful stay again, can not fault this beautiful house, the room we had this time(7), was beautiful, amazing bathroom and very nice shower, Cath is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, breakfast was also lovely with great choice, fresh fruit also, the honest bar is great if u don't fancy leaving the house, pool table and table tennis where great fun also. Will definitely be back, highly recommend.

The hotel was of the highest standard in all ways location, cleanliness, and Kath and the staff were very professional. We will certainly be returning and are looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful, homely place to stay. Cath and Simon are perfect hosts and there are special personal touches such as free afternoon cake! Lovely rooms and highly recommend.

Fantastic B&B. We had a great time staying here. Room 1 was large, well decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly want, coffee machine, fridge, fresh milk and water. Bathroom had lovely large shower with nice locally provided toiletries. Cath was a fabulous host and was very welcoming. There were lots of nice touches like delicious homemade cakes provided daily. The lounge area was really lovely and comfortable and a great place to spend time in the evenings especially with the games room and honesty bar there as well. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great choice of both continental and cooked breakfast items. All the food was of good quality and the homemade granola was particularly delicious. Epchris House is ideally situated for visiting nearby places like Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Combe Martin and Lynton and Lynmouth. Epchris House was a great find and I would definitely return here again. Thank you Cath and team for providing such a good experience.

We booked the Epchris hotel because my Son and Daughter in law had hired the next door house for their wedding. However, we could not have found a nicer place anywhere. Kath is very welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean, with amazing features, like the free cake in the lounge, and coffee machines in the rooms. Comfy bed, great en-suite. Basically we couldn't fault any aspect!! Highly recommended!!! X

We have just returned from our 4th stay at Epchris house as we love the coastal path walk from Ilfracombe to Woolacombe bay and back as the scenery is absolutely stunning. Cath gave us a warm welcome as always and our room was spotlessly clean , and all the nice little touches as mentioned in other reviews were still in abundance. Breakfast was so good and tasty and an amazing choice. We can't actually fault it at all hence our 4th visit and we'll definitely be back next year. Thank-you once again to Cath and her team for making our stay so lovely and hassle free it really is such an amazing place to stay. Steve

What a gorgeous stay we had! We were greeted with a beautiful and well kept house with stunning gardens filled with flowers & places to sit! 10/10 cleanliness & stunning homemade cakes! Breakfast 10/10 The host was welcoming & kind! Will return!!

We stayed in the garden suite which comes with reserved car park space, so handy. We absolutely loved our short break, Cath was so welcoming and made us feel at home. Room is excellent and plenty of space , super breakfast on the terrace in the sun, couldn’t ask for more. We would highly recommend staying here. A big thank you to Cath and the rest of the staff at Epchris Guest House
