I booked a superior swim up room thinking of being able to enjoy the view lying at the pool.
There was no shade at all after midday. No umbrella. I left.
Reception very friendly.
Dinner was average.

Eine schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Unsere Terrasse mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Das Essen war gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

A lovely hotel. We had two rooms, a superior and double. Both were spacious and very close to the communal pools. Good size balconies. Pools never busy-even at this time of year. Cleanliness in and outside of hotel was extremely high level. Half board-food was tasty, of a good variety and plentiful. Beach area lovely and again , not crowded even in Aug. Beach bar offers food and drink. Myself and daughters had facials in the on site aegeo spa. What a treat. Gorgeous treatments and my therapist Antonia was a miracle worker :-) Location is just a few Km from the town itself. Taxi 7 euro. Staff throughout the hotel-reception, porters, pool attendants, domestics, reception-all extremely helpful and professional. Would recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a superior room with individual pool with wonderful views across to Lerapetra and the hills behind. The hotel is beautiful, extremely relaxing and the staff are superb - they felt like our family by the end of our trip! The beach is literally on the other side of the road, with a clever underpass to access and if you feel like a wander, Lerapetra is a 20min walk along the same road. We can’t wait to go back and have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel for quiet relaxation, chilled atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, sehr nettes, höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gutes Essen, die SPA Behandlung von Gianni war hervorragend. Ein rundum erholsamer und wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wave beach è la spiaggia più selvaggia ed incontaminata a est di Ierapetra. In oltre 7 km di spiaggia nera e granulosa, questo punto di noleggio lettini e gazebo è fantastico. Basta consumare al bar, con prezzi assolutamente accessibili ( caffè freddo 5,50€, birra 500 ml 6€ limonata 3,40€) si ha diritto all'utilizzo di lettini ed ombrelloni fissi. Solo i gazebo costano 25€ al giorno, se si preferisce questa soluzione. Personale preparato, attento, simpatico e con conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Vreselijk! Het hotel is absoluut geen vier sterren waard. Gebrek aan comfort, vriendelijkheid en hygiëne. We zijn zelfs drie dagen eerder vertrokken dan geboekt. Een vreselijk hotel – pure verspilling van je geld om hierheen te gaan.De hygiëne in de eetzaal laat ernstig te wensen over; in een bierglas zat een scherp stuk glas dat we bijna hebben doorgeslikt. De receptie deed moeilijk over het verstrekken van extra handdoeken. De bedden waren zeer slecht, en dat terwijl we een luxe kamer met privézwembad hadden geboekt. Dit zwembad was echter zo klein dat je er nog geen twee slagen in kon maken.

Relativ lange Anfahrt vom Flughafen. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und v.a. der Buggyfahrer muss separat erwähnt werden, weil dieser wirklich alles unternahm um unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Die Lage ist nicht sooo schlecht, einfach ruhig, an einer mittelmässig befahrenen Strasse gelegen. Dafür umso schöner der leicht abfallende Sand-/Kieselstrand (ohne Sandalen). Liegenkampf ist ein Fremdwort. Wir waren anschliessend 1 Woche in Stalis, dort war baden wegen der hohen Wellen die ganze Woche unmöglich oder gar verboten. Frühstück ist sicher für ein paar Tage sehr gut, aber es wiederholt sich natürlich alles, Abendessen dasselbe, die Qualität ist sehr gut. Service ist bemüht, manchmal überschwänglich freundlich, dann wieder unmotiviert. Fussläufig ist nur ein Restaurant in der Nähe und das ist für einen Lunch ok aber nicht mehr. Wir hatten unser Zi ganz zuoberst und dort war es z.T. sehr windig. Da ich 3 T vorher eine Augen OP hatte war das für mich nicht ideal, umbuchen war aber kein Problem. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Für ein paar Tage kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen, aber eben es ist schon ein wenig weg "vom Schuss"

On adore. De l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ 12 jours après. Notre chambre avec piscine partagée et vue incroyable sur la mer. Merci beaucoup à Angelos, Marina, Andreianna, Emanuelou, Silvana et Pavlos. Ils sont tout simplement géniaux sans oublier Anna à la réception qui parle Français.
