Abbiamo prenotato last minute con tour operator scandinavo. Conosciamo bene Creta ed il sud dell’isola ma non avevano passato più di un giorno laggiù. Questo Hotel è molto bello, rinnovato l’anno scorso. Siamo stati molto bene. Camere pulite, receptionist sorridenti e gentili ( parlano anche Italiano). Ristorante bello con possibilità di mangiare all’interno o all’estero, a colazione , pranzo e cena con una buona varietà e vista sulla piscina. Molto accoglienti e socievoli i cuochi alla griglia e al pasta corner , i cameriere gentili e disponibili. La piscina principale è molto bella ma molto affollata. Al bar della piscina , baristi poco sorridenti anzi molto scocciati. Un voto negativo va a loro e alla formula all inclusive, cocktail scadenti , super alcolici bassa qualità , snack serviti una volta e mai rimpiazzati. Bar della spiaggia molto bello, fronte spiaggia, con un mare stupendo !!! Al bar della spiaggia personale poco sorridente e stessa scarsa qualità del all inclusive e mancato rimpiazzo degli snacks, nonostante gli orari stabiliti. Mare stupendo , decisamente il fiore all’occhiello della struttura. 7 giorni di mare cristallino! mai sporco, portatevi scarpine da spiaggia perché la spiaggia essendo di sassolini neri brucia!!! Ma tanto tanto bella!! Staff sportivo preparato. Ottimo programma work out ma mancano gli intrattenimenti serali. All’esterno dell’hotel non c’è nulla la fare. Devono provare ad intrattenere gli ospiti la sera. Ristorante alla carte così così , non da ripetere più di una volta . Ierapetra dista a 20 minuti con il taxi , bella da visitare con tante taverne , bar e negozi. Da fare.

Das Familienzimmer war sehr schön, sehr gross und praktisch. Die Anlage ist edel und sehr gepflegt. Der Sand-Kiesel-Strand ganz nah und sehr sauber. Das Essen abwechslungsreich und sehr fein. Die Bedienung äusserts freundlich, zuvorkommend!

We stayed here with our baby and felt really welcome. The staff is quick to accommodate if you need anything and even made the baby bed every day. The buffet has a high quality and good variation of food. The beach and beach bar is only a few steps down from the hotel which also is very nice.

Alors nous tout aller sauf notre chambre gros point noir vieillot et sale . Nous sommes parti avec framissima les buffets super variés personnel de salles , cuisine très gentil malgré que personne ne parlent français sauf l equipe fram qui est d ailleurs une super équipe julie, loic tres drôle et mon coup de cœur amical celia à vos petits soins , la piscine super , la plage super on alterner entre plage matin midi aquagym en piscine avec julie et loic . 2 bar celui de la plage pratique car il fait chaud sur les transat et puis la mer chaude Bref voilà mon avis .

Dieses mega schöne Village kann ich zu 💯 Prozent weiterempfehlen trotz einer Überbuchung waren sie bemüht doch noch einen Bungalow für uns freizugeben. Das Personal vor allem Konstantina waren immer sehr freundlich und Sauberkeit stand im Vordergrund. Das Essen ein Traum , danke an Nikos für diese tolle Auswahl. Der Bungalow war nur wenige Meter vom traumhaft schönen Strand mit Liegen und Schirmen entfernt. Poolbar gleich angrenzend. Nicht zu vergessen der mega schön angelegte große Pool mit genügend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem einer meiner schönsten Urlaube und ich komme definitiv wieder. 😍 Transfer verlief einwandfrei und man sieht soo viel von der Insel 🏝️ Grüße von Gabriele aus Germany 8.9 -14.9.24

L'hotel est très éloigné pas grand chose à faire. Le site est joli mais les chambres vieillissent mal.. la salle de bain ne donne pas envie de se doucher dedans. Le ménage est fait tous les jours mais pas très bien..., encore de la poussière un peu partout notamment sous les lits et les meubles. Salle de bain pas très propre. On a eu un espèce de cafard mort avec plein de fourmis dans l'entrée.. Les bungalows sont grands mais mal entretenus et vieux. Le carrelage de la piscine s'effrite c'est hyper dangereux.. les transats sont réservés dès l’aube donc très peu de possibilités d’avoir une place. Un jour on a eu une place à 17h sachant que la piscine ferme vers 18h et que le soleil se couche.. les gens se relaient pour aller manger et garder la place sur les transats certains y restent toute la journée... Plage agréable : mer belle et chaude par contre c'est des cailloux ça peut en déranger certains perso l'eau était plus chaude qu'à la piscine c'était très agréable et au moins on a des transats. Réservation sur voyage privé. L'équipe d'animation sympathique et ils mettent l'ambiance le soir avec les danses pour les enfants. Par contre clairement ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles plutôt 3.. heureusement les repas étaient très bons et variés ça c'était bien. Par contre en all exclusive dans l'après midi il n y a plus grand chose et les boissons ce sont des jus bien chimiques.. expérience moyenne donc.

Η πρώτη εντύπωση από το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν καλή διότι δεν μας έδωσαν το δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει μέσω booking κάτι που μας ταλαιπώρησε αλλά τελικά μείναμε σε άλλο δωμάτιο αφού δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να πάρουμε αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει .Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά ..Κατά τα άλλα το ξενοδοχείο είναι καλό ,η παραλία επίσης και το φαγητό εξαιρετικό ..
