Best stay for the price and the view is very good and very friendly staff and the road to the stay is an adventure in itself and the food was above decent , the rooms were very clean and tidy and the bed is very comfy and it's a very good place for college students who are looking for affordable stays and even for couples looking for something adventurous

Just avoid this place or you willl ruin your holidays in beautiful Munnar. Very rude staff, no sense how to talk to customers, Wi-Fi hardly has some speed, 350 rs for a simple price 50 rs for the worst tea we ever had in life, Off-road that will definitely damage your vehical. Nowhere nearby to less than 6kms to eat food that’s why overcharge, If you are very hungry Breakfast timing here is 9-11 then lunch 12-2 but the staff stops taking order at 1.45, too much of irritating scanning system, Prefer Zostel or any private Homestay better than this place. At least the staff of Zostel is sensible and know how to talk to customers, It was raining badly and the staff answer was 200m park your vehicle outside 300 m away from the property, you cannot park here, even to get the luggage out they didn’t allowed to hold for sometime in heavy rain. And the way of talking was like who cares go to hell, we asked them that we can go and park there, can you give us an umbrella, their answer was we want your car out and umbrella is not our concern if you don’t have it, Putting the picture of heavy rain when we were told to park our vehical outside without any umbrella or anything as their answer was this is your concern about your vehical and rain. I mean in the hospitality industry who treats their guests like this, I have stayed in Hosteller before but here I am sure this one is the worst one. Please avoid it here, you will be insulted or ruin. Your holidays here.

The ambience is lovely ..huge property .. lovely host . Huge private rooms.. well decorated property . They host different kind of games / events to engage the visitors. The rooms were near and clean .the view from the rooms is beautiful. The entire property is very well decorated and they have different kind of plants in their property .The restuarant is vegetarian and the food served is pretty good. You may feel that the price is on the higher side but the portion is quiet good.
