We got moved here after a poor experience at another hotel and spent 4 nights. Overall it was good, location is good, there are shops, bars and restaurant on the door step as well as a bus stop if you want to explore the island Although the food is a buffet, it was very good. Always hot and a good variety Pool was a bit cold, but that's the time of year, plenty of sunbeds All staff were really pleasant and the entertainer works tirelessly, he was very good Our room, good size size but we had a horrible view, definitely not nice for morning coffee or evening drinks, so that was a bit of a downer Over all though it was good, spotlessly clean and bright

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, really clean hotel, food lovely we stayed on a half board basis, we had a Seaview room on 1st floor and it was a lovely spacious room with sitting room and small kitchen, shower was lovely and big with good pressure and I liked the supermarket that was attached to it, came in quite handy, pool area lovely and big and had no issue getting a sunbed , entertainment wise there wasn't much unless you like kids discos, bingo, quizzes or karaoke but that could be due to it being the start of the season

In 30 years of going abroad this hotel surpassed my expectation - from the little cleaning kit provided , freshly squeezed oranges for breakfast, fantastic staff, hotel and pool cleanliness, apartment quality - would definitely go back in a heartbeat

We simply cannot fault this hotel, everything from the staff to the food was really nice. Firstly the hotel is absolutely spotless in all areas so massive credit goes to every single one of the cleaning staff. The rooms, well we had a 1 bedroom apartment, which again was spotless. The beds were quite comfy, sheets were 99% clean, even the balcony was spotless. We were half board so breakfast and dinner included, we simply cannot fault either, loads of choice available at both, the food was in fact lovely, I want to make a special mention to all the staff that worked tirelessly in the restaurant while we were there, they are a credit to the company. Well done to the chef's for producing some really nice food. The pool area was really clean as well, although we didn't have the best weather while we were there, although it did get better as the week went on I guess, the pool area was always spotless as well. So to finish off, if you are thinking of staying here after reading this, just book it. We will certainly be back. The only thing I would point out is the area it's in is a little run down.

Softest most comfy hotel bed I've ever slept in, and the pillows are amazing, great food, always delicious, and staff couldn't do enough. Saw lots of young families, seemed to cater well for babies and toddlers too. Lots of sun loungers so no sunbed wars lol. Great stay!

Absolutely nothing to complain about, the hotel is well located, spotlessly clean, great staff and food perfect for what you need. We had a short 5 day family break , first visit to Ibiza and have really enjoyed it. The night time entertainment was professional and I would have been happy to pay to see the dancers and fire show they were excellent. Marcus organises shooting, archery and the nighttime entertainment which we loved. All in all a great holiday

Perfect for our family holiday. The apartments were spacious and very clean. There was enough crockery & cutlery and bath towels. The apartments were cleaned daily which was lovely. The food was delicious with plenty of choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Hotel was very clean and white, very spacious and staff couldn't do any more for you. They were friendly and helpful and exceeded expectations. We had brilliant food on every day, the bar team were lovely and the entertainment team were lots of fun.
