Just back from a 4 night stay with 2 friends. The decor in the hotel is gorgeous and everything is well kept. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and have everything you need. We loved our stay here and would definitely return! Thank you ☺️

Hôtel très girly ! Nous y sommes venues à 6 pour un EvJf ! Extérieur magnifique ! Le lieu est super joli et propre ! Le lieu est bien entretenu ! Nous avions une suite pour 3 personnes, bien grandes avec toutes les commodités nécessaire. (Mini bar et bouilloire de la marque smeg) Personnel aux petits soins et très gentils ! Emplacement incroyable à 10 mins à pied d’Ushuaïa, 15 mins en voiture de l’aéroport. Beaucoup de restaus, magasins, bars et plages à côté de cet hôtel.

Hôtel à l’ambiance chaleureuse mais qui laisse quelques points négatifs : eau froide le soir, isolation moyenne avec beaucoup de bruit, petit déjeuner très cher pour un tout petit buffet, personnel chaleureux mais un brin dans les nuages : carte d’identité oublié et aucun geste pour aider leur hôte. Pour le prix, je me dirigerais vers un autre établissement.

loved this hotel, also visited some of their other hotels for the day, free of charge, so stunning and clean, only issue was there was a bit of confusion around that fact i had paid for the breakfast buffet and they tried to tell me for two days I hadn’t , in the end they confirmed I had pre-paid and let me get breakfast, no vegan option for breakfast either
