部屋に付いていた洗面台の天井からは水漏れ。
到着時からWiFiの接続は弱く、2日目の途中でWiFiが完全に繋がらなくなり、問い合わせたが3時間経っても復旧されなかった。わたしはその間Trip.comのカスタマーサポートに問い合わせていたが、ホテルはただ復旧作業をしているとしか言わなかった。スペイン語しか話せないスタッフが突然部屋に来て、スペイン語でWiFiのパスワードはこれだ！みたいなことを言ってきた、WiFiは接続されているが、WiFi自体がインターネットに接続されていない。と精一杯伝えたが、彼女はWiFiのマークだけ見てGraciasと言って出て行った。もうこんな所にはいられないと思い、フロントに行ってチェックアウトした。その後、返金を要請していたが、未だにホテルからの謝罪もない。挙句、チェックアウトはいつしたのか？鍵はどこだ？などとメールを送ってきた。ここのホテルは頭がおかしい。どれだけ安くても絶対に利用しない方がいい。

I didn’t end up staying as had booked a room as a precaution against flight cancellation because of the French air traffic control strike, but I was very impressed by the staff calling to check if I was okay and needed anything. That kind of care left a great impression, and I’d be happy to stay here in the future.

Estancia comoda y bien ubicada. Los baños los limpian por la mañana pero por la tarde ya estan mal. Me hubiera faltado un espejo más grande en la habitación ya que el que hay es muy pequeño y muy alto.

Location and price can't be faulted!
Amazing location, 2 minutes from the castle walls and the harbour. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room and shower/toilet area were spotless. The price was so cheap, I did not expect air conditioning. However, there was and it was better than that at the luxury hotel we stayed at.
Only issues were no kitchenette or shared kitchen but I think I accidentally booked a room without a kitchenette. The keys were problematic, sticking in the door and we often struggled to open the main door. I spoke to other guests and they had this problem also!

Horrendous
The room had cockroaches, and the bedding had cockroach droppings.The care of the concierge was terrible, he gave me a room that was occupied, they treated me really badly, the manager was disrespectful, a lousy treatment.One person one night He forced me and entered the building without having a room and when I went to tell the concierge he did absolutely nothing, I am totally disappointed with the service and the place, I would never return.
