We were delighted with our holiday at the Felicia Hotel. From our arrival until leaving the staff were all exceptional in every department. We were particularly impressed that the hotel manager was always seen around the hotel chatting to guests. The food at both breakfast and dinner was delicious. A fantastic selection, beautifully cooked and as good as in any hotel that we have stayed in. We were so pleased that we had chosen the half board option. The hotel was spotlessly clean in every way. The bedrooms were very comfortable, spacious and well furnished. The pool area very well maintained. The sun beds were extremely comfortable and plentiful with lovely towels provided. We can highly recommend the hotel as it exceeded our expectations.

The staff were all very friendly and gave excellent service. Exceptional choice of food at both breakfast and dinner. Very lovely Junior Suite overlooking the pool with a large balcony. Plenty of sunbed options. Short walk to the promenade and about 15 mins to the Marina. Although we usually go adult only, there weren't many children around probably due to the time of year. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I along with 2 other family members stayed at the Fenicia for 8 days from the 28th September. We had a lovely holiday, the Fenicia is a great hotel and the staff are fantastic. They make you feel so welcome starting with the reception people to the restaurant and bar staff and then José at the pool. José was great, always watching and if he thought you needed the parasols moved he was there ready to do it. Also he never seemed to sit down while on duty, very impressed by him Restaurant staff were great as were the ones at the pool bar and in the lounge bar in the evening. The bedroom was very spacious and kept very clean by the housekeeping staff as was the bathroom. Possibly could do with a little bit of updating but we were happy with it. The only niggle I had was I thought the bed was too hard for me. A really nice touch was when we got back to the room one afternoon there was an ice bucket with glasses and a bottle of Cava along with a tray of canapés. When I went to thank the reception for it they said it was because we were returning guests. We were there in 2019. The situation of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the beach and main promenade. All in all we had a great holiday and will definitely go back to the Fenicia.

My sister and I spent a week at The Fenicia. Mt Sister who is celiac was treated with such care and attention, everything each mealtime explained what she could eat. There was even a gluten free area with bread, cakes etc. The room was exceptionally clean and very roomy with lots of space for all our clothes. The pool was fantastic and the lifeguard couldn’t do enough for us placing our parasol exactly where we wanted it. If there was a query the reception were very quick to sort any questions we may have. We have already booked for next year

Hotel is in a great location 5 min walk from town, in a quiet area. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. All the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. My partner is Coeliac (has a gluten allergy), they could not have been more helpful and made her choice of food as wide as possible. The food itself has been brilliant with a wide and varied choice every breakfast and evening meal including freshly made fish & meat to order, on the grill in the evening, and egg station for breakfast. Our room was amazing with a view out over the pool to the sea. The spa was nice to visit and clean with various steam rooms and saunas. There is free and easy parking in front of the hotel, so overall a great place to stay, fully recommend for a short or long stay.

Un personnel très sympa et super avec les enfants ! Notre fils de 2 ans s’est régalé ! Un petit pincement au cœur quand nous avons quitté cette hôtel. Une très belle suite avec une vue incroyable. Le buffet de qualité, je recommande fortement Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable 🙌

Vriendelijke, hardwerkende en zeer behulpzame medewerkers. Top!! Mooi en goed onderhouden hotel met een goede ligging. Via een hangbrug over de rivier is t strand van st. Eularia goed te bereiken. Nette grote kamer en ruime badkamer met goede bedden. T enige kleine minpuntje wat ik kan bedenken is dat er geen stomer of strijkijzer aanwezig was om de kleren weer kreukvrij te krijgen

Ausgezeichnete Anlage mit ausserordentlich freundlichem Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir verbrachten die Ferien mit unseren Kindern. Die Anlage eignet sich sowohl als Familienhotel als auch für Paare. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität.
